At first, they settled in an unmade room, although it is listed in their database as ready to move in. As a compliment, we were moved to a room with a view of the city. And now attention: in a double room there is a set of towels and slippers - 1 (😡)! In this hotel, the most expensive price tag for breakfast in my memory is 3500 tenge per person. The restaurant is open only until 22:00. Although the hotel has a rule against bringing food with you. In this case, would it be logical to at least leave the option to order in the rooms? The staff is polite, they added 1 star for this. Overall, the Hotel was very disappointing.
