He asked me to fix the problem. The malfunction was not fixed, but the money for the diagnosis was stripped off. At the same time , I waited for about two hours . I'm sure if they can't repair it, then they shouldn't take the money either. I'm going to appeal to the consumer rights Society and the court.

The car wash at InterHofman is beyond praise.I have been servicing the car at this car wash for 6 years. I am very satisfied with the quality of the services. I have been using the services for about 2 years, during this time there were no complaints. I like that they provide a full range of services from the selection of spare parts, tire repair, and to complex washing. There is a TV and coffee in the waiting room. Quick delivery / delivery of cars. Not the most convenient location, if you need to leave the car, a taxi does not always arrive quickly either. There is a transfer to the metro, but the driver is not always on site.

I thought that in a reputable center, they would not engage in looping around the specific cause of the malfunction... There is no An, as in most service stations... I came to their computer for diagnostics, because the "check" was highlighted, the thrust was gone, it was felt that the turbine was not turning on... He told me about it. We performed diagnostics, changed the exhaust gas distribution sensor (?), erased the error - that's it! Minus 120 rubles . I drove 500 meters away and everything resumed... And then, the next time (!), they "figured out" that it was the electromagnetic valve of the turbine compressor, ordered it and the next time (!) in two hours (!) it was changed. Minus 200 rubles . As a result: to solve a minor problem, I had to come THREE times(!) 110+120+200 = 430 it cost bel. rubles to replace the valve. And about 5-6 hours of waiting... I personally will not go to them anymore, but you... See for yourself...
