We came here to try Belarusian food.... But there were a lot of bad buts.
1. Everything is very very slow. If you have an hour to wait for the salad, 30 minutes for drinks, hot for at least 1.5 hours... This is the place for you.
2. Unexpectedly small portions... Poorly washed greens.
3. Disgusting hot drinks... Grog = diluted vodka with water and a pinch of ginger...
I didn't appreciate this place and I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews.

It's a great place. Authentic and very detailed interior and Belarusian-style food serving. The atmosphere is very warm. Delicious cuisine. The guests were satisfied. Apparently, we were not very lucky with visiting this institution. On January 6th, we stopped in Kamenica, there were a lot of people, so we sat down at a double table near the bar. First, a long wait for the waiter. When ordering, we were warned to wait 40 minutes for hot food. In the end, the hot stuff was brought, but my Radziwill-style meat was just cold. The shingles and pickles are very tasty. Lard is served without bread (hello acute attack of pancreatitis), so bread must be ordered separately. There were also 2 beers in the order, one was brought, the other was forgotten. There should be clearly more waiters in this establishment, since it is obvious that they cannot cope with a full landing, and the place is popular.

Yesterday we celebrated the anniversary of the spouse. We were very worried... But when the phone conversation with the administrator Julia ended with the words "We are waiting for you to visit!", all doubts disappeared. We are the guests! We'll be looked after, and we can relax.

We found an apartment in Minsk and found ourselves next to this wonderful restaurant. A very interesting interior (antique), different details attract attention. An authentic restaurant with national cuisine. Among the advantages, it is worth highlighting a rather pleasant price-quality ratio (even such popular Cornflowers are very, very far behind in this indicator), a wide range of positions (with the exception of beer, this is perhaps the only minus), insanely delicious cuisine (we recommend machanka on our own), as well as responsive staff (a waitress serving our table, noticed how in vain we tried to connect Wi-Fi with Russian cards and kindly helped us by connecting to our own, also on this day we had a birthday boy, which we reported, and later, we were complimented by the institution in the form of a delicious honey cake).
As a result, the institution was really pleased and, in comparison with more popular places, is not inferior at all, and in my opinion, even leads in many indicators.

The restaurant itself is very conveniently located, 5-7 minutes walk to Victory Square, there are 5 parking spaces near the building, free parking is higher up the hill, and there are also plenty of places opposite. We took dumplings with bacon (a full plate of potato balls and 1 slice of bacon and onion), I took a dish with pork and potatoes and it was the same, only another piece of pork and sausages and a strange sauce like squash caviar. Bigos seemed a little fat, too. Tinctures for 3 glasses, such as vodka diluted with different flavors. I have something to compare it with, so I visited other restaurants in Minsk. If you like straight real fatty Belarusian cuisine, you should go here, if more European, another place is better.
