Thanks a lot to Margot and your amazing establishment! I was looking for places with national cuisine in Minsk, but it's like Italians live here, and what happiness when I found you! I took the salad "Girlish Dreams" insanely pretty, the fish is exactly what it should be without extra salt, then there were magnificent pancakes with chanterelles in a pot - I definitely recommend it, it looks as amazing as it tastes. Draft beer - light unfiltered 🤤 Margot, thank you again, you're a big smart girl 💋

Mayonnaise salads, as well as French fries everywhere, some kind of chicken skewers, everything is done as if it were a dump. A tourist walks and well. The entourage is like a medieval tavern, but, guys, everything is without fantasy and fiction. They called in advance - they said they weren't booking, but they actually arrived at the institution, there are reservations, someone is booking. It's a mess. We definitely won't go a second time

The Kamyanitsa establishment left a mixed impression. I decided to celebrate my birthday here and I want to share my experience.
On the one hand, the kitchen was excellent: the food was delicious, the portions were large, and all the dishes were served at the same time. The kitchen has worked 100%, and this is undoubtedly a plus.
However, the service leaves much to be desired. We were sitting in the VIP room, but the noise from the coffee machine from the next room constantly interfered, and this was noted by many guests. The waiter was not attentive enough, he had to be searched for throughout the evening. This created certain inconveniences and spoiled the overall impression.
I would also like to note that the 10% discount promised on the website was not provided to us. I did not remind him, considering that the level of the institution is determined by its attention to guests.
I hope that the administration of Kamyanitsa will pay attention to these points and take measures to improve the service. The establishment has potential, but in order to achieve a high level, it is necessary to pay more attention to the details and comfort of its guests.

There are no words, only positive emotions!!! The interior is just an explosion of emotions!!! While waiting for the order, just look at everything around and the expectation will be reduced a hundred times!) Waiting time.... well, here everyone has their own. The stupid one will find fault, but the smart one will understand everything. Everything is within reason, but it's worth it!) Kvass is super, pancakes are delicious, good portions and prices! In addition, there is a very interesting interior inside, it is clear that they tried. Only the lighting spoils everything. Cold light discourages appetite :(
If I were in a restaurant, I would think about other lighting options. Warm, local and dimmed lights would be the best solution)

Delicious authentic cuisine. Amazing drinks. The soups are great. Knuckle fire! Quite large, we took it for two, ate enough. We were only surprised that it is served without bread and pickles.
The place is popular, so there were no seats on Saturday evening, we went on Sunday around 12, half of the tables were already occupied. Therefore, it is better to plan a visit in advance.
The price tag compared to Moscow is very nice. We went with a company of 7 people, sat with drinks for 11 thousand, barely crawled out)

Interior for an amateur:stone walls, knights, considering the concept, everything is fine.
Mega pleasant service! Waitresses with a sense of humor are very rare!
The choice of dishes is very interesting, the eyes are scattered. It's good that I saw that a portion of pork pancakes was already half a kilo and did not order much. They also took soup (flechka and borscht) and an assortment of small snacks went with the tinctures.
The pancakes are very large, delicious, but again as a puree rather. The soups are not bad, the flechka is too greasy, the taste is unusual, but I liked it. Borscht is too sweet, admittedly, again for an amateur. But snacks for tinctures are certainly a failure. Store-bought, edible, but there was not enough "soul" as in other dishes, and tinctures, except that the branded kamyanitsa is not very bad…
You can and should definitely visit the institution once

A wonderful restaurant of classic Belarusian cuisine. The family stopped by for lunch. Excellent service, very tasty cuisine. Parking is a problem during rush hours, but you can park in the yard. I recommend this institution to the guests of the Belarusian capital.

On this winter visit to the glorious city of Minsk, we managed to visit a cozy and delicious place - cafe "Kamyanitsa". I was greeted from the cold with fragrant rich borscht, complemented with the most delicate lard, ground with black pepper, on a couple of pieces of rye bread.
A friend ordered flasks for herself, of course, stole a couple of spoons from her, well, it tastes better than I tried in Krakow
It was a sin not to take a glass of horseradish for this case. Of course, I expected that it would be good, but I was not ready for such a delicate but spicy explosive taste at the same time.
Well, with such portion sizes, my friend and I ordered a salad with warm liver for two, because we couldn't handle it anymore.
The salad set the intrigue, a friend claimed that the liver was veal, I that it was turkey, I had to resort to an arbirtre, that is, to the waiter - the liver turned out to be chicken.
We made up on the fact that it doesn't matter which one, the main thing is that the salad is delicious.

Tinctures of fire. Take Kamyanets. Otdraniki in a pot with chanterelles for an amateur, this is ala climbing but on potatoes. The beer is normal. The interior is medieval, cool. We were in the restaurant in August 2024, we chose by rating. As a result, they regretted it.
Of the pros: lovely polite staff!
Of the cons: food and atmosphere. We were sitting at the bar and instead of medieval themed music (as in the next room) we listened to VERY loud Russian and Belarusian rap.
About the food: we ordered pork pancakes, a pot of pancakes with chanterelles, wizards with porcini mushrooms.
Draniki: the pork was terrible! It smelled like a boar so much that it interrupted the taste and smell of the rest of the dish. It is necessary to warn visitors that meat is not from emasculated animals. And if they are emasculated, then there are questions about the quality and freshness of the products. The pancakes are softened, you can cook them tastier at home.
Sorcerers: the sauce with porcini mushrooms is wonderful, but the wizards themselves are very greasy and oiled, the potatoes are tasteless, not even salted normally.
A pot of pancakes and chanterelles: really delicious! There are no complaints here, but when only one out of three people can eat delicious food, you must agree, this is not the case... The price does not match the quality.

Our waitress was a lovely girl named Marina. Dirty dishes disappeared instantly, the dishes were changed on time and very competently. I liked that Marina seemed to be always there and was ready to answer any of our questions.
The restaurant's fairly high prices are fully compensated by the highest level of service and portion size.
