Audi a4 b5 - brought the gimbal for full restoration: two sails, crosspiece, suspension, balancing. It didn't come cheap, of course, but the quality can't and shouldn't be cheap. Here you will not be offered to simply pull one of them stupidly before removing the gimbal, maybe it does not need to be removed at all. The crosspiece will be put on it is unknown what kind and generally without discussion with you, and 120p is less than the cost of the original, and more than the cost of the most expensive substitute. Maybe it seemed to me personally, but the manager at the reception should categorically reconsider his approach to communicating with clients. I haven't seen such a dismissive attitude in a very long time.
I can't say for the quality of the work, time will tell here.

I'll start with the fact that the SRT is surprising from the very beginning. A pleasant young man answered my call, who explained everything as clearly as possible and recorded it for a specific time. When I arrived at the service, I saw that the guys and the outer shell are just a top. A beautiful sign, everything is clean and tidy inside, the client's room, where everything is also on the level. My precious shaft was rejoicing that I brought him here :))
In a couple of hours, the guys fixed everything. And!!! They didn't charge me a penny of money, I didn't immediately believe that this happens. As it turned out, they are on good terms with the service where my gimbal was repaired before, and they have already made some kind of mutual settlement through their internal channels. This is what a level of honesty should be! I'm still in shock..pleasant ones, of course :))

The station was recommended by a friend who served it several times and was satisfied with it.
Regarding my car, I will say the following: there was a vibration on the body, and I decided that the gimbal was to blame for my worries. I called the station beforehand, they listened to me and said that it was necessary to come to the diagnosis of the cardan. At the same time, initially, they consulted on the prices of repair services by phone + announced the prices for spare parts that might be needed during the repair. Moreover, all the spare parts that could be needed during the repair are always available at the station. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the representative of the service (Anton) said that if the car comes to their station in the morning, then by the evening they will definitely give the car in good condition.
As a result, the diagnosis of the gimbals (and I have 2 of them on the car) showed that the problem was not in them and I paid only for the diagnosis. This shows the honesty of the guys, because there was a lot to write in the report on the work performed, in the absence of the owner at the station during the work.
I almost forgot, the station gives a guarantee for half a year, regardless of mileage, plus, the station issued a discount card.
I can recommend the station with pleasure!
