I use the branch regularly: mail, parcels, Western Union. What works: The department is multifunctional. You can close several issues in one session. Basic services are provided, there is no rudeness, the staff is polite. It can be seen that the concept of customer orientation is stated and implemented at a minimum level. What pulls you back: 1. Speed. The service is slow, and queues move reluctantly. They work without a light, purely "from call to call". 2. Staff motivation. There is apathy and lack of initiative. Most likely, the reason is the workload and salary level. 3. The scale of the system. The feeling of a hulking machine. I had previously observed a similar problem in Kazakhtelecom, and they shifted there after changes in management. Result: There are no complaints, but neither is loyalty. The service is at the level of "they will do it, but without initiative." There is potential. For real improvement, you need to change your approach to motivation and KPIs to Condemn or praise for nothing yet, but I won't be able to scold either. If management and conditions for employees are improved, there will be strong progress and a reason for pride.
