Сегодня была впервые! Первое мнение, все понравилось. Интерьер интересный, зонированный на несколько столов. Музыка соответствует) тоже хорошее решение. Подача блюд хороша, порции хорошие. Есть детская зона, что не мало важно для семей. Есть детское меню. Все вежливые! Туалет чистый, мыло , полотенца все отлично. Также стоят дополнительно умывальники- это круто. Не нужно ждать очередь в туалет, чтоб помыть руки. Время ожидания блюд около 30. Но зато с пылу с жару! Вернусь туда обязательно ещё не раз

We have been to the Khinkalna of Mogilev twice. After a recent visit (03/14/24), we will never go there again! Of all the restaurants in this franchise, this is the worst. Perhaps we were unlucky with the change of waiters and the administrator.
There are no complaints about the kitchen - it is delicious and satisfying. But the service is disgusting - at first they forgot about the order, the khinkali was brought before the soup. Then they mixed up the order, they brought the wrong one. As a result, I received the soup after 50 minutes! after the order.
The impression is also spoiled by the fact that, seeing the conflict situation, the administrator did not react in any way.

Today my husband and I visited this institution. The time was stated to be 40-50 min khinkali, hot 1.20-1.30 , we agreed to wait, the dishes were brought much faster and it could not but please, for this 1 star and 1 for the service. I liked the Khinkali, but that's all the rest…
Ojahuri was a dish consisting of 3 pieces of pork, 2 thin slices of bell pepper and potatoes with a huge amount of onions, which spoiled the whole taste, 15p per serving of fried potatoes, I think it's too much.
Khachapuri in Megrelian turned out to be for some reason an ordinary flatbread with a small amount of cheese, which was not even felt, the "khachapuri" itself was dry and tasteless.
We were very disappointed with the cuisine of this institution, it's not worth your money

We decided to visit this institution: we had not been there before. The interior is not bad. The waiter was polite. The food arrived earlier than promised. Tbilisi salad and kharcho soup are excellent. But...
1. Forgot about the fruit drink;
2. Sour cream was carried for 15 minutes and then after the reminder;
3. One of the khinkali from my order was not brought immediately. They say they are being redone. By the end of the evening, it had not been delivered. And I reminded the waiter. But the bill was carefully included;
4. And the cherry on the cake: my wife the same evening, and I the next day with food poisoning. The children were lucky not to be hooked. The only thing they didn't try from the order was khinkali with mutton.
Don't set foot here anymore! And I advise you.

Вполне приятное заведение без особых претензий, но с фирменными фишечками. Хорошая кухня (степень аутентичности определить не возьмусь, но вкусно), вежливый персонал, умеренные цены. В общем, очень добротный фастфуд. Но посещающих впервые может сбить с толку планировка: при входе кажется, что зал раза в 4 меньше, чем он есть на самом деле )

As a regular visitor of the institution, I want to say that the Khinkalnya has recently deteriorated very much. This applies to both the quality of food and the quality of service. You come to khinkali with friends in the evening, sit down at a table, sit for 10-15 minutes until the waiter comes, make an order, and then it turns out that there are no main dishes - KHINKALI! It happened once. We thought- well, it happens and decided to come next time. After a while, this story was repeated again. As a result, since the summer we have come to Khinkalnya about five times and there are no KHINKALS three of them. The waiters do not tell the entrance to the establishment that there is no main course, in the hope that we, a large company, will find something to order. Where does the administrator or the management company look? Now it's not easy with customer visits, and you get rid of them yourself. Well, it's not for me to teach you, you know what you're doing. And we ended up going to another nice place and didn't regret it for a minute. So the kids from Khinkalni, cheat further. You are deceiving yourself.

Everything is still delicious.
But the service let us down: first we accepted an order from the lunch menu on Saturday (we specifically clarified whether it was valid or not before ordering), they messed up with the order itself godlessly. Part of the order was never delivered. We punched the fish that we wanted from the lunch menu, as from the main one, and then it was "impossible" to cancel. But at a price it was 2.5 times more expensive..
On the first visit, we were served by a young man and we were just delighted with the institution and even the children asked to come here.

This institution can be described in one word - "Waiting". And now to the point.
We decided to have dinner on a weekday in the city of M. Walking along a pedestrian street, we decided to look into the Khinkalnya.
The waiting process for the order was about 15-20 minutes, with the hall not filled. But that's half the trouble. Then there was the process of waiting for the dishes themselves. The service is not based on the principle of cold appetizer, soup, hot ... but as anyone from the staff wanted.
Conclusion: Georgian cuisine is undoubtedly delicious and diverse, but the waiting process and the service itself in this institution leaves much to be desired. The feeling that we are not welcome here and they do not need a reward for a well-received guest.

С явными минусами. Да, был 1 сентября, но ожидание очень долгое, 1,5 часа. Это не говоря о том, что мы пришли большой компанией за забронированный стол, и нам только меню принесли минут через 10.
В Грузии я не был, но знающие люди в компании говорили, что вообще на грузинскую еду это не позоже, специй очень мало, довольно пресновато. Обслуживание затянутое, какой-то потерянный парнишка-официант, даже когда все столы опустели, не сказать, что уровень обслуживания вырос. Кстати, говорят, что ожидание еды там всегда очень долгое, вне зависимости от праздничного дня, а в пятницу/субботу вообще дело гиблое.
Удовольствия мало, в общем.

When they asked for the bill, the same waiter Rodion grinned at the guests in the face, mentioning that Apple Pay does not work, to which he was quite logically answered "we don't have Apple Pay", and the waiter still GRINNING asked "what do you have?". How tactful is that at all? In general, the entire staff discussed the size of the tips that were left for them for the whole hall. There was only an unpleasant impression of the place.
Arrived at 20:30 - dishes 50 minutes. There is little pleasure in such a long serve. Plus, again, an open kitchen - you hear everything.
P.s. Pomegranate wine is delicious - the rest is not worth attention. Ordinary Georgian cuisine.

Khachapuri is like focacha, khinkali, I have not seen such yet - just half a teaspoon of the filling is smeared on the dough.
We took a vegetable salad with a nut dressing - it's not possible to eat, just vinegar.
The kebab was normal, it was the only thing and fried cheese.
We tried all these dishes last year and were completely delighted - there is so much meat in khinkali that you can eat 1 piece, khachapuri is delicious.
In short, we won't go any more.
