It is very difficult to find any advantages in this hotel. I booked it about three weeks in advance. They didn't want to record it right away, they said first of all the permanent ones who come on business trips. And I wasn't going to the resort either. I had to persevere to make a reservation. The hotel is old. There is no elevator. If your room is on the 4th floor and you have a heavy suitcase, then that's just your problem. Dirty carpet in the room, age-old plaque in the kettle. I could have watched an old TV, but I didn't want to touch the remote either. And the oyster on the cake is a bathroom.... It's a shame for the hotel. Apparently, for lack of an alternative, the city administration is not doing anything.

The rooms are dirty, shabby, Soviet. It would be possible to have at least minimal cosmetic repairs. You rent out the first floor, the 2nd floor is also for unknown purposes, the hotel, according to the employee, is constantly overcrowded. Question: WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO? The staff is terrible. Either the cleaning lady or the receptionist is a rude old woman.

For $10 (single room) you get a safe, clean, quiet and completely suitable place to stay overnight with good-natured staff who are always ready to help and go to a meeting. If you have paid an absolutely symbolic amount for a quiet night, but are waiting for a super-4 seasons hotel, then you are unlikely to like it here (as in many other places), so you can protect yourself and others and just stay at home. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their help in checking in. I put 5* on my own.
