The service was at the highest level: everything was told, shown, given an example of design. I arrived in the evening (at about 18.30), there was no queue for sending at all. Of the minuses - small tables for filling in information, pens do not write, you need to take your own. The priority parcel arrived in London in a week (!). For the registration of parcels, the entrance is from the right side of the building. It would be good to indicate this information somewhere in the central hall.

Belpochta is one of the largest employers in the country, and how many various operations they carry out cannot be counted at all: both how the bank works, and how the post office, and as an insurance company, and they will make a photocopy, and they will give out a pension, and they will pay for communal services. And believe me, people don't work for the biggest money, and the attitude towards the client is good. All 5 stars are for you!

The renovation inside is good, beautiful, clean. Electronic queue...but the staff is working very slowly. I wanted to get insurance, there were 11 people in front of me (waiting in line), after 40 minutes of waiting, the queue consisted of 8 people. I had to go to get insurance elsewhere.
