I spent 30 minutes in the queue last time, they work very slowly. There are a lot of windows and one or two work with registered letters. There are very long queues. I understand that the Main Post Office, but is it really impossible to clear the queue as quickly as possible, as they do in other institutions. At the same time, some operators who do not have special queues calmly sit with a thoughtful look. Or they could have served us already. But no one cares, because it is necessary to create the appearance of violent activity. And you citizens are sitting. They came to the Main Post Office, no matter where.
