The dog screamed, etc., etc. the dog weighs 2kg and no matter how much it has never traveled, there were no problems with it, you can look at the trip history and interview other drivers. A dog with a pink tail and York ears. If you have a boorish job, then this does not mean that you need to insult people. The dog turned out to be smarter and more well-mannered in this situation than the driver of the car number like 16:14reis Baranovichi Minsk 5:30 in the morning. The rules of transportation say that small dogs can be transported in carriers, bags, bags. Bring the ticket to the address in Minsk, if you do not issue it immediately. And the boorish attitude, the driver yelled at me for sitting in place, and the guy was standing in line to pay for two. He was so afraid that I wouldn't pay for the trip. We drove for the first time and there is no desire to go anymore. It is better to choose a train if there is such an opportunity.

If everything is OK in the cabin in minibuses, then the behavior of drivers is far from OK. In 4 years of driving (on the Atlas minibus) almost every 2 weeks, I never had to put my suitcase in the trunk myself (I'm a girl). When you do this for the first time and without a driver, you can't know how to open a door that has no handle to stuff your luggage and you just have to lift 15 kg above yourself to somehow throw it into this slightly empty space!
Baranovichi express is just a separate type of minibuses with drivers who leave much to be desired, I went literally a couple of times and all times disgusting service!
Then they leave 2 minutes before the appointed time, then they look down at you, then they can't go out and put the suitcase down! It would be better to go by train, as I advise everyone, there is at least a good attitude towards people!

Well, in general, now it's individual: I ordered a minibus from this particular company, because they come to Druzhnaya. The road is 1000 km in total. A heavy bag. I really liked it. I used their transportation service for the first time. Firstly, the operator competently, unhurriedly consulted where / from / the cost of the Minsk-Baranovichi route, answered additional questions. The driver (I didn't remember the name) called back before the trip and responded positively to the request to take two seats next to me (my little daughter and I) and upon arrival at the departure there was a sign that the seats were occupied immediately behind the driver - it's very nice) since I have difficulties if I'm not driving myself, it gets bad if I don't look at the road. The ride was comfortable and neat.
