I want to share my delight from visiting the construction hypermarket "Mainland" in Minsk. This place has become a real paradise for me, as a gardener and a lover of flowers.

The first thing that struck me was the huge selection of products. The "Mainland" offers a wide range of garden tools, plants, fertilizers and everything necessary for the care of the garden and vegetable garden. Prices in the "Mainland" cannot be called the lowest, but they are quite acceptable. Thanks to the large selection of products and the opportunity to compare prices in different stores, I was able to find everything I needed for my garden at no extra cost.

In particular, yesterday we came to buy a washbasin with a pedestal in the bathroom . Thanks a lot to Dmitry Mikhailovich Miskevich, a consultant in the plumbing department, who professionally told us everything in detail about each type of washbasins with a pedestal (quality, nuances of production, materials used and all the pros and cons). It is possible to return not only defective, but also simply unsuitable goods! Convenient free parking. Special thanks for adding an additional exit from the parking lot to Prytytsky Street. It is worth noting the presence of a good, tasty and not the most expensive food item with good dishes, and not disposable plastic. There are clean, pleasant toilets, several currency exchange offices.

There are cutting services. Cafe. A huge parking lot. Its own delivery service. Perhaps the only disadvantage is that they do not accept electronic bonus cards, they require a physical one, which I think is not right and not convenient. The 21st century is in the yard.

Positive:
1. Location near the metro.
2. The assortment is not worse than that of competitors and periodically discounts on some products.
3. The system of return or warranty exchange is perfectly organized. It was that the bulbs did not fit, replacement of bulbs under warranty, replacement of porcelain stoneware due to minor defects on the front side - there were never any problems. For example, in the OMA, it takes half an hour to fill out paperwork to exchange a light bulb under warranty. Here they will simply take a new one out of the hall and stamp the receipt with the replacement date (the warranty period will be counted again from the date of replacement).
Minuses:
1. The site is just sad. On the OMA or Mile website, you can find a product, see its availability in a particular store, order delivery to the desired store, or make a purchase and deliver it home. Unfortunately, it doesn't work out that easily on the Mainland's website.

I love this store, for many years I went there just to see the flowers - there is the best gallery and a huge selection of very rare plants. I come there just to walk around and enjoy the moment, now there is a New Year's couple and a lot of decorations - the Christmas tree is decorated and you can immediately buy the same decorations - and they are all laid out in color schemes, which helps a lot in choosing and reduces the time to search. There are many household items in the bathroom and in the kitchen, bolts, mats, in short, if I need anything at all around the house, I only go there, because of all the shops in this direction - this one is the best for me - I always find everything I need at the moment there.

A great store, I thought, until I came across a defective product. I bought a siphon for the bath. When it was installed, there was a shortage (there was not enough detail).
When I came to the store, they spread their hands and offered me to prove that I had bought a siphon with a shortage. The final answer is: it's been a whole month, so these are your problems.
The claim was accepted, but it is unlikely that anything will be changed.
In general, it is better to check the goods the sooner the better, otherwise they can be diluted.
For the assortment and the work of consultants (before the sale) - 5 points, for working with customers after the sale - 2 points. It's like going to another store.
The final result: the claim was denied, you bought the product, if there is a shortage, then this is your problem. It's hard to imagine that there could be such logic in a store nowadays. I wanted to go to court, but it's a pity to waste my time on proceedings with this "store".

It was a surprise to me that my discount card was not accepted from my phone at the checkout. They demanded a plastic one at the checkout.
I have all the discount cards scanned in my phone, and all the stores accept them without any problems. If I carried a bunch of plastic cards with me, I wouldn't have room in my wallet.

Отзывчивый персонал - всегда помогут. В любом из отделов. И растюхи там беру, и со стройматериалами подскажут, и шторки пошьют прекрасно за оптимальную цену - не нужно тратить время на поиски ателье и тканей; и про пробки в электросчётчик сходу скажут, и за последним лотком для овощей на подъёмнике под купол заглянут, и даже перезвонят, если необходимый товар вдруг появится в Материке. Ах, и кофе в кафетерии там вкусный:))), все девочки приветливы и рады вас видеть. Если на что-то цены и выше, чем в других строймаркетах, то совсем чуть-чуть, но это ничто в сравнении с возможностью выбора.
