I’ve visited Maxway several times because it’s close to where I live, and I’ve also ordered through their app more than once. Unfortunately, my experience has mostly been disappointing. The waiting time is usually very long, even when the restaurant doesn’t seem that busy. In terms of food, the only thing I consistently found decent was the club sandwich. The rest honestly didn’t feel worth the price or the wait. Customer service has also been poor in my experience. Staff often seem unorganized, and ordering through the iOS app makes things even worse. A few times I placed an order through the app, went to the cashier to pick it up, and they told me they never received the order at all. The app feels very unstable and unreliable. The location is convenient, but overall the service and ordering experience need serious improvement.
