She was here today and left in a terrible mood. The food is delicious, the waiters are friendly (although you have to wait). I came to have a snack today. I ordered some. I went to pay for it. Operations on the card for some unknown reason did not take place (there was money). Then I transfer the money by card number. I was charged off, but they did not receive a text message about the receipt of money. I explained that I had already been removed, showed monitoring in 3 applications, as well as SMS about debiting money. The girl at the checkout personally saw it. Taking my phone, she said that I had not sent the money and pressed "pay", but I quickly canceled the operation, saying that they had already withdrawn and showed the receipt again.
There was also a middle-aged man posing as a manager. He RUDELY told me that these were my problems and the money had not arrived. He told me to pay and leave. I said I wouldn't, because the payment has already been made. A woman stood next to me and also said that I should not pay 2 times, because I have proof that the money is gone. I stood there for 10 minutes and figured it out. In the end, she left her number and left.
The call came in 5 minutes later, they said that the money had arrived. There were no apologies until I asked myself, "would you like to apologize...".
Restaurant administration, enter a partnership with click /pay so that your guests do not wait until you receive an SMS about payment! And let your staff be more customer-oriented!

We are guests from Russia. We were happy to return to this cafe for lunch and dinner. The service here is very fast and high-quality. A varied menu and affordable prices. The quality of the prepared dishes is beyond praise. I especially liked: shurpa in a pot, kebabs all options, catfish, pilaf, caesar. The waiting time is up to 5 minutes. A good cafe with national cuisine is Milli taomlar. At the entrance, the receptionist speaks Russian and immediately assigned us a waiter who also understood everything. There is a menu with Russian names. We ordered Uighur lagman, manti and lamb kebab - loin. I liked everything, especially the barbecue. Inexpensive, the delivery is fast. We used to go to Anor on Mirabadskaya, it's also good there, but more expensive.
