The kitchen is great, but the barbecue needs to be changed: it has two extremes - raw on the one hand, burnt on the other. Although, maybe I've come across a barbecue trainee twice. But it is his crafts that spoil the assessment of the whole institution. And it's so clean, they clean the tables quickly. Knives, however, take a long time to look for, if you ask, but on the other hand, there are few people who eat with knives, so this is not a reproach. Once I had dinner at 20:50 and then the waiter comes up and asks me to pay off, because he needs to go home, and my account is not closed - it's not scary, in Soviet canteens they also kicked out visitors with rags if it was lunch time or the cleaner had to go home. At the last visit, I waited for the waiter for 20 minutes, did not wait, went to the exit, found there that you can take food with you - you pay and they give it to you in boxes, but you do not pay 15% of the service bill.

My favorite place in Tashkent! The rack of lamb and baklava is above all praise. The waiters speak Russian, not perfect, but not bad. The staff is friendly, the place is just wonderful, almost always full boarding, until closing time, most of the guests are local.
The bill is a penny by the standards of Russia - it never worked out to eat more than 800 rubles with Russian money, even if it was already hard to breathe))
