The station is located in a very convenient location, it will take 10-15 minutes to get to any hotel by taxi. Immediately from the train, you can have a snack at McDonald's (at least something). There are no queues, security is present, which is very cool.
I just want to ask the management of the station to consider the issue of navigation, it is a little problematic to immediately figure out where to go. And a small minus is that it was not possible to find parking for a long time near the station. Only urban ones, but as a tourist it is not possible to pay for it. A beautiful, convenient train station. Clean toilets, lots of cubicles, but the toilet is only on the ground floor. There is a place to eat, buy water, and charge. The exchange office and the exit to the subway. There is also a VIP lounge, for an additional fee, but I think the price tag is acceptable. I really liked the whole station complex. Clean, tidy and everything is thought out - near the bus station, metro and stops of both public transport and regional minibuses... There are cafes and snack bars in the complex, toilets (clean) are not searched by smell but by signs. The mother and child's room is also present and is announced via an internal speakerphone... I liked that you can go down to the train from the waiting room on the second floor along a path that moves by itself like an escalator - it's even better than it. An ordinary escalator rises to the second floor from the main hall. It's also great that there is a Burger King in the waiting room, which, in my opinion, has the most reasonable prices for food at the train station, while the quality of the food is high. However, there is not enough space for tables.
What I really didn't like was the very poorly or completely unsuitable steps leading from the underpass at the exit to the city across the street from the railway station. I ask the management of the station to pay the most careful attention to this! After all, there are a lot of people walking along this passage with suitcases on wheels, and there is practically no way to lift them up - only to carry them in their hands. I understand that this may not be within your competence, but if you really care about passengers, then you simply have to solve this issue! One manager can turn to others, etc. Would be a wish!
And another request: please open the automatic storage rooms! What is this about the last century in the capital itself, in which you need to stand in a huge queue to check in your luggage???!!! What does the station management think at all, I don't understand? Are there such cells in Brest, but not in the capital? It's crazy. You understand that it is absolutely inconvenient for guests of the capital to stand in a huge queue to check their luggage. And automatic cells would solve this issue in a nutshell. That is, I suggest not removing the usual storage room, but adding automatic cells as well. After all, passenger traffic is crazy.
And I also ask the management to pay close attention to the quality of food and the level of service in cafeteria No. 71. I have already written a review there, but I also write here that on July 22, 2024, I ate half a cheburek there and got stomach upset. Despite the fact that my stomach is strong. Cheburek itself is terribly tasteless and of the lowest quality of all that I have eaten in my whole life. I'm shooting you a star for this, because I believe that this cafeteria is run by the railway.

The station is super-modern, with galleries, flowers, an ornament under the ceiling, a running escalator to the exit to the platforms and tracks!! We were resting an hour away from the capital, and while we were driving, we noticed the wide streets and avenues, few cars, no traffic jams at all, no one is in a hurry))!! And everywhere there is cleanliness, modern neighborhoods, white houses, lots of glass, and air! Moreover, we once again came with an excursion to Minsk, saw the monumental Stalinist-built center, preserved in perfect condition and the old town, many sports facilities, and in the evening the whole city in amazing illumination!!

A cozy waiting room with the possibility to descend directly to the desired platform. A convenient system of underground passages to the metro, public transport stops, everything is signed everywhere, clear signs. There is a public toilet on the lower level. There are a lot of small shops-stalls with products to buy with you on the road, with prices almost like in a regular store. There are fast food islands to snack on the raid. There is an inexpensive dining room where you can thoroughly refresh yourself. For those who want to eat and spend time more exquisitely, there is a restaurant at the very top, where a band (musical group :)) plays in the evenings.
Overall, the atmosphere is friendly. Sometimes there are police patrol squads protecting public order and tranquility.
