But for some reason, the toilets are only on the 1st floor (paid - 1 Belarusian ruble, you can pay with a Mir card).

I haven't been to an empty train station for a long time!! That's exactly the case here. There are so few people that it seems like you're the only one here. Clear. Lots of police. The pointers are in 3 languages, you won't get lost. The cafe is so-so (the food is mediocre), but you won't stay hungry. There is a savings ATM, withdraw cash here (if necessary), then ATMs are rarely found in the city. People are gentle, mostly friendly.
