The train station is wonderful! There are no handbags on the ribbon, as in Russia. Russian railway stations have a lot to learn from Minsk. Very comfortable open environment, convenient to move around, many transfers, near the bus station. The station is really big and beautiful. There are almost no queues at the ticket offices, responsive people work. You feel safe and comfortable. I always want to use such a train station! But the Belarusian railway (BCH) works just terribly. The Minsk-Grodno train was delayed for 5 hours and 30 minutes! + parking for half an hour. We spent the whole night at the train station, unable to sleep. The conductors were rude on the train. Smartphone charging sockets and round-the-clock food stalls (in which, however, prices are 2-3 times higher than other places) were very much saved.

Comfortable waiting rooms (you won't be able to lie down, but it's quite comfortable to sit). There are rest rooms and luggage storage facilities. A clean and tidy toilet, where there is a vending machine with everything you need. You can buy printed materials. There are vending machines for commuter tickets. I liked it very much.
