The buffet is just awful! Before the session, we decided to have a snack with croissants with salmon, we waited for them for 15 minutes. When we went to the checkout to clarify about the order, at first the girls persistently ignored our presence and talked among themselves, and only after they apologized and brought croissants. The impression is ruined.
Wait 15 minutes for the finished croissants from the showcase! Horror. They just forgot about our order.

We were with my husband at the movie Cheburashka. We were in the 3rd hall. The chairs are comfortable, the screen is large. I liked everything except one thing.
Before the movie, we wanted to take a combo (popcorn L + drink L).But the cups for drink L were over, no one was going to deliver them, of course). As a result, we took popcorn L + drink M.
At the checkout, they counted everything separately, and when asked about the combo, they said no glasses-no combo.

Voka Cinema - love at first sight! ❤️❤️❤️ Cozy, beautiful, soft. The mood rises right from the entrance. Beautifully decorated entrance. Lots of goodies. Really a lot, for every taste. And you can choose for yourself. Self-service. This is a big plus. The design of the shop windows is such that it is impossible to break away. The hall is also decorated with great taste. Everything is perfect! There's even a swing. And how about in the hall itself! The chairs are quite large, soft, with high headrests. You can recline like at home. There are cup holders. There are two other types of high-comfort chairs. The screen is of optimal size and clear. A very cool movie theater! 👍

It definitely does not pull for 5 stars, at a ticket price more than where there is no banal cleanliness in the hall (cleanliness and paper in the toilet). In the VIP room, they did not consider it necessary to wipe the tables before the session.
I will add a review in 2 weeks, we went to the movie again, popcorn was lying all over the territory, it crunches cool if you accidentally step on it, and food is scattered in the corridor at all, but the joke is not that it is scattered, it does not happen to anyone, but that the staff stood quietly nearby, passed by, I don't even think to rush behind the broom, it was normal for them to watch how people spread it further and further on shoes😅 at the same time, 3 people stood at the checkout and openly chatted about their business😂 and on the cafe tables, on the way to the VIP room, the picture surprised them - there are dirty dishes, no one is in a hurry to clean 😩 it's just fun for me to watch how a bunch the money invested in this institution loses its meaning due to the disorganization of the staff.

If you haven't been there yet, you lose a lot. Wonderful sound, comfortable seating. Only if you go with children - prepare money or agree on how much they can spend. The passage to the cinema halls through the shopping area, which has everything that children love. The staff is adequate. The halls are always clean and comfortable.

A great movie theater. The VIP room is generally at the highest level (all armchairs are sofas, there is a phone charger for each seat, a small lamp, very comfortable pillows). In other halls, the seats are ordinary, but comfortable enough. Plus, in each room there is a last row with sofas and the first row also with sofas. Wonderful interior and staff. It's very clean, I've never seen anyone's popcorn.

The hall is excellent, neither big nor small. But very comfortable chairs, better than in the Castle. High backs. Comfortable seats. Watching a 3.5hour movie was a pleasure :). Sound and video are of good quality. The lobby is stylish. There are many suggestions for a sweet tooth :)

But you can't do it with your own, and this is indicated by a sign at the ticket office that is not visible, especially if you buy tickets online and you do not approach the box office at all. Even when buying online, there is no discount on a ticket for a child, you pay as an adult.
