I love this movie theater! If we go to the cinema, I look at this one first, then only the others. Comfortable chairs, a large screen for a small hall is super, great sound, the occupancy is small, you can usually take good seats.

Great movie halls. I always liked it there. But the price of goodies for the film is simply off the scale. I'm changing my review after yesterday's hike. There is no control among the administration. I'm tired of it, just tickets cost an order of magnitude more than in other cinemas, but the control is terrible. In hall 1, there is no gap between the seats, even a small one, you sit nose to nose and not only that, but yesterday at the evening session the eternal ones were just terrible, half of the hall was sitting on the phones distracting the other half was eating the whole hall and yesterday they were sitting taking pictures with a camera with a flash during the session. And where was the administration, and the camera was put on the hall, but there was zero benefit. In general, the horror of control by the administration is zero. I'm very upset. I hope measures will be taken.

We went to their "buffet" to get coffee and tea. The filth is disgusting! Dishes are scattered all over the counter where drinks are being prepared for people, coffee, tea, and garbage are scattered, and a blurred coffee tablet lies on the coffee machine. The staff can't find the right ingredients in this mess. Because of this, drinks were waiting for a very long time, which, by the way, turned out to taste terrible. 1. Now sessions never start on time. I don't understand why, for my own money I sit and watch 5-10 minutes of advertising. Not trailers, but ads. According to the tickets and the poster, the film starts at 18:45, and in fact, the trailer is being played before that time, and at 18:45 the advertisement begins, because according to the idea, everyone should already be in the hall. There was no such nonsense before.
2. I do not recommend the ScreenX hall. Narrow aisles, uncomfortable seats.
3. The mentality in the morning and afternoon sessions and after them. I advise you to go either to the earliest or evening classes.
4. During a pandemic, there are demands to pull on a mask, but at the same time there is no anti-slip seating. Logic tried to catch up with you, but you were always faster.
5. The night of the ad eaters can be highlighted as a separate topic. The best format was at the time in the Palace of the Republic. Here it's something very boring. The VIP buffet lasts exactly until the first show and is very quickly dragged away by a group of people through the halls. Did you miss a glass of wine? - Check if the guy and his girlfriend who are sitting next to you are not worth 4 glasses. The show is about nothing. It's like he's not there. The big TV from samsung does not throw bonuses.
But there are also advantages. It was worth visiting all the halls to understand which one is most suitable. There are still comfortable places and wide aisles, and more careful and cultured people go to evening sessions on weekdays. And delicious popcorn is really worth paying attention to.
Screens and sound are among the best in Minsk, and the 3D quality and individual glasses cannot but please.
You can stretch your legs only in the 1st row, but you will have to sacrifice your neck there. The screens in the halls are so close that you will think about the chiropractor the whole movie.

My husband and I go to the cinema 4-5 times a month (this is the nearest cinema), we used to like everything (location, friendly staff, taste of popcorn). But unfortunately, this place is getting worse and worse. It all started with popcorn (more than 50% of the popcorn packaging was made of small particles, as the garbage from the popcorn remained and it was packaged and sold), then it became "raw", chews poorly, has a specific smell and taste (repeatedly complained to which we were answered because of the humidity of the air, of course we understand everything but if this is the case, then something needs to be done to fix it). Now the staff has started to be rude (I think it's the same girl who is rude, but because of the mask we did not remember her face and did not look at her name on the badge). At first, she refused to let us into the hall (one person was wearing a mask, the other was not) and she screamed that she would not let us into the hall and did not look at our ticket. Then another time when we came up to say about the popcorn that it was small, she looked at me with a malicious look, "like this is how it should be, 30% is possible for it to be small, although there was more than half a package of this). We stopped going to the cinema so often because of these reasons. Although there are friendly people there (especially the guy who sells tickets at the entrance, always smiling, makes a good day). We hope that these situations will be corrected (I even had to write to the complaint book).
