There is nothing to say about the store, but nothing good can be said about the car service that they have. I changed the pump in the fuel tank, the fuel level sensor was broken on a new part, I tried to get to them three times to fix it, then the shift is wrong, then the lift is busy. They never fixed it, I fixed it on a third-party service.

Нормальная контора понравилось как оператор быстро подобрал нужную деталь. При получении все было хорошо приехал, по талону получил запчасти, оплатил и уехал. Классно что в талоне приписывается артикул запчасти, поэтому объяснять никому ничего не надо.

Если хотите убить больше получаса, чтобы забрать небольшую деталь (где вас будут перекидывать с магазина на склад, с менеджера на менеджера, а потом еще придется подождать перед закрытой кассой в разгар рабочего дня), то это самое лучшее место. Такого бардака давно не видел. Одну заезду ставлю за то, что ребята на складе все-таки помогли найти деталь и все переоформить.

They sent me a brake vacuum and didn't even drain the brake fluid. The whole vacuum in the liquid 🤦♀️ how can it be so related to its customers, I do not understand. They say on the phone that there is nothing terrible about it, you'll think there's nothing in the liquid, there's still an original detail here. Be careful in purchasing parts.

Вроде все хорошо, но если машина в ремонте, а так обычно бывает когда ищешь бу запчасти, то не очень удобно добираться. А и ещё, очередь на кассу и на осмотр запчасти это что то вроде организованной толпы - не очень удобно.

Ужасная работа. Запчасть подобрали мне отвратительно. 5 мая заказала одно,подобрали совсем другое .( Фото прилагаю). По итогу,прождала час в очереди,а запчасть совершенно другая. Сотрудник даже не принес извинения за такой косяк и за мое потраченное время впустую. А ещё вечером звонили,когда заказ заберу. Даже не отметили,что я была и что запчасть не та. Это как в магазине просишь ручку,а тебе показывают точилку... Первый раз там была,впечатление плохое. Очередь большая,подбирают товар не корректно.

Отличный выбор запчастей. Единственное - это очередь на выдачу просто нереально огромная. Парковка перед входом, но ее не хватает - клиентов просто толпа всегда.

They do not write defects for spare parts in the catalog on the website - in my case, I learned about the defects directly from the consultant after driving half the city. Moreover, all 3 parts from the available ones were defective. Everything else reminded me of a polyclinic.

Срочно понадобилась задняя фара, заказала, в течении часа заказ был готов. Фара б/у, но без дефектов. Оплата по факту, если не понравиться, можно не забирать. На месте есть СТО, правда работают по записи. Быстро и качественно)

Заказал по телефону, попросил чтобы заказ был готов к приезду. Заказ к приезду небыл готов, пришлось ждать, кассира нет на месте оплатить тоже пришлось ждать.... Серьёзная организация, организация плохая, люди мучиться в ожидании. Далеко ещё до клиентского сервиса! Номер заказа 3438436

Из приколов б/у запчасть вы ждете когда её вынесут к вам ожидая свою электронную очередь, на Масюковщине было лучше. Не удивляйтесь что запчасть на фото не будет соответствовать детали которую вам вынесут - часто бывает некомплект. Итог: всегда заказывайте 2 единицы товара, тогда все будет ОК.
