Quality of spare parts - no complaints 4 stars 3. The waiting time for the delivery of spare parts may take several hours, which discourages the desire to come to the specified place again. 4. Constant failures in the electronic queue. 5. The change in the loyalty policy from the management is not encouraging. Previously, there was a permanent discount, but at some point it was removed and the conditions were changed to receive it.
