We rested on the sandy beach, we specially drove from Gagra. It seems to be the only non-pebble beach. Delight! It's a beautiful place. But it 's better not to go to the local canteen , it 's terribly tasteless and expensive .

Horror, dirt, the beach is not your own, although they write their own, there are only sun loungers under the canopy, and then if you get them at 9.00. The rest of the people come from other guest houses, and also occupy. A river flows into the sea from the gorge near the beach, i.e. all the inhabitants of the gorge drain everything there.... And in the sea, it stinks, the dining room is terrible. Only the photos on YouTube are good, but we have seen how they are ordered. I don't recommend it.

I can't help but write a review about this place, thank God we didn't live there, but on a beach that doesn't even belong to them, we fed a little sick dog, we were there for the first time, we had a private tour, and suddenly a woman attacked us, she ran stumbling out of this architectural squalor that it is generally located 500 meters from the beach. This woman, pointing her fingers, started yelling at us in prison jargon. There was a foreigner with us who did not speak Russian, he was shocked by such aggression. This woman is the administrator of this hotel, the tour guide knows her. People who behave so rudely towards animals and people simply cannot work in the service. This place is doomed to fail.

Good afternoon! We had a rest in July 2022.The place itself is gorgeous, the hotel is excellent. The sea is super! The rooms are good.But!!! You can put a broom in each room so that you can sweep the sand yourself. The toilet did not work for about a day, and no one came to repair it.We did it ourselves.When changing towels, the staff does not notify what they have taken and brought.Thus, upon departure, it turned out that there were no three towels, they were demanded from us, and we, in turn, believed that they had been taken away from us for washing and should bring clean ones.They asked to pay for three towels 2850 rubles.We have written a claim, we are waiting for a response.On the beach, too, do not leave towels unattended - they will be stolen.You will pay.Again, on the last day, such a situation occurred.They left a towel to go to the administrator Natalia, to say that the master was not needed, they made the toilet themselves, returned, there was no towel.We paid 950 rubles for it.Unpleasant, of course.
I liked the on-site dining room.It is tasty and more or less diverse.

We liked it! It's great to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. The architecture of the castle is very beautiful and the photos are super.The hostess is Russian-and this is cleanliness, order, a requirement for employees, the food in the dining room is familiar. Our room was on the ground floor, the entrance was directly from the street, as in our house by the sea.A sandy beach! There is a large hotel nearby - there is a playground for small children and entertainment for big ones. The room is well renovated in a classic style. Of the cons: The interior of the dining room is not very good, but the food is delicious. The territory is being cleaned, but still far from ideal - but this is the trouble of the whole of Abkhazia. The road to the hotel is broken, it is difficult to drive, although it is interesting to walk: the sea, mountains, hotels, cafes. Civilization is far away, but is it necessary if you go swimming and admire the sea with dolphins. The bus terminus is about 2 km away, from where you can go anywhere, walk, eat and return to your quiet paradise)) All the disadvantages pale in front of such a fabulously beautiful nature.

We did not rest in the hotel itself, we rested nearby. But when we visited the dining room of this hotel in 2021, it was beautiful there. Wonderful food, no complaints. But in 2022, when we went there for breakfast, we were shocked. Our child did not eat anything there, we took the food and put it in the trash before finishing it. I'm just shocked. But apparently their staff has changed, because what tastes disgusting, what is by choice.

Excellent beach, sand, smooth approach suitable for children and adults who are not able to swim, warm sea! The view is great!
We rent an apartment with a terrace - this is the best option, in my opinion! 😊
Everything works, there are air conditioners in every room, mosquitoes on the windows! 👍
Of the minuses: the furniture is workable, normal, but sad in appearance - I'm talking about armchairs and sofas. We went into a room with a dirty floor, and fixed it the next day.
There is a cafe nearby, the music bombs until late, then funny-boozy-loud people come and try to continue under your window, a couple of times I had to call for order and silence. The road is round pebbles, every car is noisy and right under the windows. Yes, the road from Pitsunda to the hotel is 30 minutes by car and the last section is broken, well, more precisely, it's a bad grader.
Despite these disadvantages, my family and I liked the beach, the sea, landscaping, architecture, terrace!

A wonderful hotel, located right on the beach. The room is modern, clean, and comfortable enough. The cafe is nearby, the food is good. The only thing is, it's far from civilization, shops. The taxi driver said that not everyone will go there, especially in rainy weather, because the road is unpaved. If you want to be alone with the sea, fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the surf - then this hotel is what you need! 👍

I'll start over...We visited the Marble Castle in June 2022, drove for almost a day and tired, we thought now we will rest and relax in a beautiful place.But that was not the case...In the room where we were taken, it was as if someone had just left it-it was not cleaned, it was dusty, the mats in front of the bed were all in garbage, hair and some kind of threads.I had to run to the reception and demand, yes, to demand that they put things in order, as it should be on the first day of the reception.In response, there were outrages that everything was clean and after my demonstration of their "cleanliness", the maid still went to tug the mats, although vacuum cleaners are used everywhere in hotels.In the toilet, the toilet was leaking and dripping, or rather flowing to the brain, I asked to repair and stop the flow of water...But until the last day, the water continued to run.I tried to get a TV for 3 days, well, that is, it was in the room, but it didn't show anything until I turned to the attendant 100 times.The shower towel in the toilet was dirty, as if after the guests who had left before us.The furniture and chairs are antediluvian with peeling, rusty legs, there are no sockets near the bed!Bra no!Some kind of Ilyich lamp on the ceiling and that's it.In the closet, the door was constantly derailing and falling, which was also annoying without end.There is no territory at the hotel, at least for guests, there is a road made of pebbles in front of the windows, cars drive day and night and there is an eternal crackle and stench from exhaust.There are several tables and chairs in front of the hotel, so sitting on these chairs you are afraid to get dirty, no one wipes them, and the cobwebs, apparently, have been in all corners since last year.A depressing view, if not the sea and beautiful plants.Smoking in the rooms is a separate topic.Apparently, the administration, taking care of smokers, forgot that pregnant women and children and non-smokers rest in the hotel, and there are practically no partitions in the rooms and all the smoke is pouring into your room.The sea is always dirty-some sticks, garbage and clean water are floating - water is a very rare phenomenon.There is no terrace, or rather it is, but not for guests-it is closed.A tractor drives through the territory and rumbles all over Ivanovskaya, forgetting that people have come to relax, and not to listen to the crackle...and anyway, workers were constantly sneaking around and there was a guard.I went to the first line to listen to the sound of the sea and inhale its smell, but everything turned out to be different.The dining room is not bad, but the food is monotonous and very expensive.I had problems with my intestines and I took a portion of mashed potatoes -one spoonful, spread on a plate-90p???This is too much!One day the lights went out for a whole day and there was no light, no water, no Internet, no what.We paid for this day, but no one apologized to us or compensated in any way.In general, the conclusion is that the wrapper is beautiful, but inside I won't say what...The price is completely out of line with the quality and the impression that the guests are just to break the dough on the ball.Do not forget that the sea and sand are not the merit of the owners, this is nature and therefore it is unfair to tear money only for nature!It is unlikely that I will ever return to this beautiful place!

This place is familiar to me. In the summer of 2021, I was vacationing in this wonderful place.this place is quiet and beautiful.The sea is calmer as in the whole of Pitsunda. But getting to the Monastic Valley is not easy. The road has no asphalt pavement. The transport goes badly. Only the taxi is private. We lived in a private apartment. The houses there are solid . The estates are good. This is, in my opinion, a new settlement. The houses there are new. . The village is not big. The street along the shore and the street that goes into the gorge. And a little more on the sides of the houses. This place reminded me of our Listvyanka. It's not a crowded, quiet place.

I was in this hotel in early July 2022, I took my mother to the sea, the room on the ground floor is what a view from the window, this is a wonderful place, there are small balconies with benches and tables near the room where we had dinner in the evening, from where there is a wonderful view of the sea and the hotel itself. You leave the room and the sea, the service is wonderful, the rooms are super, they clean every day, the administrator tries to fulfill any, this is paradise! The territory is very clean, everything is within walking distance, the hotels have a shop that has everything, a dining room , several tents with fruits and vegetables and a cafe where you can also have dinner! I've traveled a lot, there's a lot to compare it with, but it's definitely paradise! The road to the hotel is unpaved near the cliff, but it is also a very picturesque place, if it were later paved it would be good, but it seems to me then a crowd of tourists went there, and I liked exactly the fact that there are not very many people, there are free sun loungers, you can come to the beach at any time, and sometimes there is no who does not exist and this is definitely paradise when you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! Honestly, I did not find any disadvantages, I will only come here to this paradise! Thank you for everything to the hotel staff, for the excellent service and attitude, you really feel like a princess in the castle!

A wonderful hotel at the very end of the street! The rooms on the ground floor have a separate entrance from the street and access directly to the sea! It's unfinished, but it doesn't spoil it at all! Delicious breakfasts that are brought hot at the appointed time! The only drawbacks that I found were the bumpy road to the hotel! Sometimes I felt sorry for the car, especially since it was a rental car. And the second disadvantage is the dog from the neighboring hotel of the fighting breed, which walked by itself and did not always let home! Otherwise, the place is wonderful!
I'm shooting a star for a dog because I'm madly afraid of them! To be honest, she bothered me during the rest. He sits at the room and sits growling. Don't go in, don't go out. Who knows what will come to her mind! The rooms are good!

The kitchen has just been launched. I didn't like the price-quality ratio. There is one outlet in the room far from the bed.

Instead of starting our long-awaited vacation, we did not have time to check in, we began to deal with the staff.What we didn't like:a shabby kettle with a barely closing lid, a chair with stripped rusty legs and back, a mirror in the toilet also caused depressing feelings, the mats in the room were dirty and the most important thing that caused outrage was the toilet, which simply stank.Naturally, we were outraged and waited about an hour for the room to be put in order.And everything seemed to settle down, we finally started our vacation.The sea was periodically very beautiful, but sometimes there was some kind of mud, foam bubbles and jellyfish.We went to the dining room with fear after what we saw in the room.But surprisingly, the dining room evoked good impressions:cozy, there is something to choose to eat, delicious From the cons:the menu is the same every day and the prices are not small.On average, a family of 3 people spent 1,000 rubles at a time.One day after coming from the beach, they found that there was no light, therefore there was no hot water, Internet, the refrigerator was not working(and there are products bought there), you can't drink tea.We sat there all day.We turned to the administration, but they only smiled and did not explain anything when this electricity would appear.And I also didn't like the fact that there was an announcement that smoking was not allowed in the rooms, and in the next room they were puffing so that there was nothing to breathe and there was a conflict, the man shouted that he was allowed to smoke and had an ashtray.It turns out that someone smokes, and the rest can suffer and breathe it as they want.In general, I have a two-fold impression of this hotel.It's pretentious, I don't argue it's beautiful on the outside, but inside it doesn't match the scope.

We lived in this hotel from May 1 to May 10, 2022, and we never changed the bed linen in 10 days. The room is not cleaned in principle, only after a reminder the maid comes. By default, they have room cleaning once every 5 days. Garbage is also not taken out, in general they take money, give the room key, and then it's not their problem, live as you want. There is 1 roll of paper in the toilet for the entire time of arrival, if it runs out, go buy it yourself. The same thing with soap and shampoo, when checking in, we put 3 small pieces of soap and 3 bags of shampoo, everything else is at our own expense. The batteries in the remote control from the TV and the remote control from the air conditioner ran out, it took a whole day to change them, but in fact they only changed in the remote control from the TV, I had to go to the manager myself, give her the dead ones and take new ones from her. Such is the disregard for the guests. We lived on the 1st floor, the road in front of the room is covered with rubble, when a car passes through it, the sound is as if it is parking in your room, it will probably be very noisy in the season. Because this road leads to a nearby large hotel. The hotel does not have its own territory, stray dogs are running around, there is no parking and there is dirt all around. Due to the lack of normal storm channels, puddles are everywhere after the rain.
The dining room at the hotel is a separate pain. The service is super slow, if there are more than 3 people in the queue, then it is at least 30 minutes. He can't use the cash register, he can't even count on a calculator. The floors are not washed, the tables are not wiped, the toilet in the dining room is closed and if a guest needs to go to the toilet, as the hotel manager says, he must go to his room! Otherwise, cleaning up after the guests in the toilet is not a lordly thing. The tables are covered with some kind of film that stinks of old age or dirt. Disregard for sanitary rules is emphasized everywhere.
I do not know who to be and where to relax in order to enjoy staying at this hotel. Even in the most recent sanatoriums "Glory of the CPSU" and "Precepts of Ilyich" have already learned how to receive guests, and here everything is done to ensure that the guest, God forbid, does not return. Permanent construction is underway, on May 10, at 6 a.m., the tractor began to drive back and forth under the windows, along the only road.

We visited this hotel in August 2021. We perceive it as an extreme vacation. It is necessary to prepare before visiting this hotel, and indeed the whole of Abkhazia as a whole.
1. Electricity is constantly and daily turned off, therefore take candles and lanterns. The nearby Arbik Hotel has generators, but there are none here.
2. It is necessary to be attentive to food, because of point 1. Do not take food that is heated in the microwave, there is only freshly prepared! We were poisoned, we were rinsed for a day with a fever.
3. Stock up on a first-aid kit, because the nearest pharmacy is too far away and medicines are very expensive, if they exist at all. For example: one bag of Phosphalugel is 90 rubles.
4. There may not be hot water due to paragraph 1.
5. The sea is dirty. It constantly washes ashore from plastic bags and splinters to whole tree trunks. We had no desire to swim. All sewers and waste from vacationers in numerous campsites fall into the sea with the slightest rains.
6. The foot wash near the hotel did not work when leaving the beach.
7. In the room, water flowed in the toilet from the wall, we contacted the administrator, for 8 nights there was zero reaction.
8. I will not write about the quality of cleaning in the room, it is not a problem for me, I washed the floor myself. The bed linen was changed 1 time, the floor was wiped 2 times in 8 nights.
9. Prepare cash, the nearest ATM is far away.
10. I will not write about the desire of locals to deceive visitors and even be rude, these are trifles compared to the bad weather. It rained every night in August, and it rained several times during the day.
11. There are no mattresses on the deck chairs, it is uncomfortable to lie down. I usually like to read a book on the beach. This time, for the first time, I did not finish reading the book.
12. There is no elementary hot tea in the dining room if the electricity is turned off. They persistently offered cold compote.
13. Don't believe the beautiful Instagram photos. The paths up are blocked, they are private territory. There is nowhere to go for a walk in the evening. We walked along the village road.
14. It's really hard to drive up to the hotel because of the half-broken road with holes. Taxi drivers charge more because of this. On Instagram, they say that everything is OK. In fact, you can leave the suspension there.
15. Fruits are expensive and tasteless. For example: peaches 220 rubles per kg, watermelon-40.
16. Take the Power bank. In the absence of electricity, there is nowhere to charge the phone, so as soon as it is turned on, you must immediately put the phone on charge in order to have time to charge before the next shutdown.
17. There is no Internet during a power outage, respectively, all messengers too.
18. If you are afraid to drive fast uphill and through solid, then I do not recommend using the services of private traders. The better you know the traffic rules, the scarier it gets.
You need to look for a positive from every vacation and here it is:
1. We were not robbed
2. We survived
3. Administrator Elena helped to solve minor household issues
4. The hotel provided a sufficient number of towels. There were enough of them to constantly put a leak in the wall.
I hope we won't come back again. I understand that each impression may be different, so I told you my own experience.
