The beach is sand, awesome! There is a dining room, the food is good. The disadvantage is that there is nowhere to walk there, it's like a gorge. Only leave by car. For a beach holiday, so that you don't want to go anywhere. Nature is beautiful, the sea is gorgeous.

The Marble Castle Hotel is a very beautiful place in Abkhazia. If you want to relax away from the noise and people, this is your option. We had a rest in July 2022. Expectations were not fulfilled. The ceiling is crumbling in the room, everything is covered in white flakes. The shower curtain is covered in black mold. They washed it at the request. The hotel has no territory. The terraces at the hotel shown in the advertisement are prohibited, private territory is under lock and key. It's a long way to the Maldives. The beach is sand, but when entering the sea through 0.5 stones, it is a surprise. We moved to another Mandarin Hotel.

We had a vacation with my wife in October 2020, the place is beautiful, the sea is clean, the food is delicious at home, the room was large on the ground floor, daily cleaning, everything you need to eat. The staff is polite and helpful. Next year we will definitely visit with the kids - this is a wonderful place.

It is a very cozy place, we were surprised upon arrival that it is so remote and local drivers asked why it is so far away, because there is no entertainment there? But after staying there for a week, they did not regret a single moment. The sandy beach belonging to the hotel, very close location to the sea and the sound of the surf is constantly incredible! No outsider, very beautiful nature and the rooms themselves are cozy. Sitting on the balcony in the evening, we saw a dolphin near the shore. I advise anyone who wants to relax without flying to distant countries. There is a very cozy home-made cafe next door, where the owners welcome you like family. Cash is needed- there is an ATM in the vicinity only in the city, the prices are inexpensive and very tasty!

I absolutely agree with Maria K.'s comment. She described this hotel very truthfully . So I will tell you about our experience of staying at the Marble Castle Hotel. (September 2-13 ). First of all, do not believe what is displayed in their Instagram profile. It's all not true. The store has a very poor selection of products, we were vacationing with a small child and could not buy basic things. There was no baby food , I constantly had to order something to be brought . The prices in the store are very high. So if possible, take the most necessary things with you. I'm not talking about the cafe at all . Not only does the boorish staff work there, so they can still get poisoned, unfortunately, this happened on my vacation.... The cafe does not like children very much , they do not hesitate to yell at them that everyone is startled, there are no high chairs and no dishes intended for children. Privacy with the sea, as stated in the previous comments, was not from the word at all ! There are a lot of tourists from private sectors. The beach was bursting , and on hot days the sea was covered with bubbles and splinters floated . They say that this is because of the nearby river "nuns". The lights went out every day !Scheduled from 3 to 6 in the morning and unscheduled in the afternoon , when asked when it will be given , the administrator shrugs his shoulders . Accordingly, there is no Internet connection when disconnected . Although the nearby Arbik hotel has its own generator in such cases.The receptionist, Rita, is the only one who has made a positive impression yet. She's not a bad person, but she can't do anything about what's going on in this hotel. The greed in this hotel is off the charts. They are considered even a teaspoon . God forbid to take a plate or an appliance to the room so as not to annoy the staff in the dining room to feed their child . They 're shaking for every little thing, they won 't pour a glass of water. We lived in a room on the ground floor, cars passing to the Arbika hotel and tourists run around the clock under the windows. The feeling that you live in a "House by the road". The cleaning is of terrible quality , the towels were not changed for 5 days until we asked for them ourselves . During the 12 days of rest, the linen was changed again only once at our request . From the positive, only a given - beautiful nature , the sea and the sun! When you arrive, do not forget to take essential medicines with you! Especially from poisoning . And it's better not to eat at the local cafe at the hotel. Since the food is not fresh and is heated in the microwave .And be sure to take cash! No cards are accepted .

A sandy, sparsely populated beach, towels, umbrellas, and sun loungers are provided free of charge to hotel guests. The sea is clear. We lived in apartments. Everything is new and clean. All the windows of the hotel overlook the sea. The hotel has a wonderful cafe. It is open from early morning until late evening. The cuisine is very diverse and delicious. Inexpensive.
