I like the staff in this office, they are helpful and kind. But if you are an international student, or foreign citizen please make sure of your name spellings, because they do use the translation but sometimes they make mistakes and it wastes your time. My friends had some documents twice just because the spelling was wrong. So be attentive in this case.
