Alas, there was no desire to collect delicious sauce with a flatbread. I used to eat Chuchvara, a hearty delicious dish with mini dumplings... so, here, there were absolutely mini dumplings here. There is little meat in pilaf, in besh, so in general the cat cried on the surface with a thin layer of meat and a very thick layer of dough. Considering that Kazakhs like to eat a lot of meat, even the guests from Europe were not enough here. In a dish for 10-12 people, even a piece of kaza was not enough for 9 people.

We were with friends, choosing according to ratings and comments and were very disappointed.
We ordered 3 whole portions of beshbarmak, but the kitchen and the waiter changed the order without warning due to the fact that the kitchen had run out of components of beshbarmak. As a result, they brought 2 small portions and 1 large one with a very small amount of meat. The baursaks were cold, the service was long.
I do not recommend it if you want to eat national cuisine
