We had a long transfer, decided to take a walk and taste the national food. We reached navat. We ordered beer and two dishes. The waitress says, maybe some more baursaks? I say of course let's. With homemade sour cream? Of course I say. (Remember this moment). The beer arrived about 15 minutes later. But instead of one, they brought me two identical ones. I think, well, they've already brought it, let's have a drink, even if it gets cold. That was the first bell. The food was brought in 50 (50 carl!) Minutes. Two dishes. Without baursak. The food was barely warm. All the fat remained and froze like a film on the lips. I'm calling that girl. And I say, where are the Baursaks? Maybe they're hot at least. She says what kind of baursaks? Should I? Also with sour cream? They were brought, of course, quickly after my indignation. They're hot. And even with sour cream. Why couldn't they be brought right away while we were waiting for the main meal. Question. Why the food was carried for 50 minutes and where it stood cooled down is another question. And not a single answer. It was not possible to add up impressions of Kazakh food. Disappointment. Well, beshparmak with mutton, according to my fantasies, these are pieces of lamb. But in fact, it looks like pieces of sausage that don't even smell like mutton. And for all this outrage, not a single sorry, and here's a soryan candy for you. I took out the hot one, I don't know how!! In short, the notes are recommended. Well, the taxi driver got a good one and told me where to go to eat. Next time van more chance.
