Visited the institution immediately after opening. The interior is just beautiful. It is clear that a talented designer has worked. I really liked the dishes: a large fish plate and an incredible taste of borscht. There are no complaints about the service. All with soul and conscience! We will definitely come back again!

There is no food, it is ordinary... There is no relish! The order was delivered quickly, but at the same time! And salad, and appetizer, and hot (then I had to reheat, of course!). I took a forshmak, but it's not a forshmak at all in terms of composition. Some kind of cream cheese spread (!) with herring. That's not how it's done in Odessa at all! In the hall, you sit at a table, like on a playground - while the parents are celebrating, the kids are constantly rushing and yelling ... Live music also did not impress. They try, of course, but the guitarist drowns out the singer. The evening turned out to be so-so.

The prices are affordable. The staff is polite. It's nothing like that. There is a small selection of beer. Chebureks are delicious. Dumplings too. A free milkshake for the child. They forgot to calculate the discount for our birthday, contacted the staff, apologized to us and corrected the error in a couple of minutes.

My first visit was unsuccessful...the second is unlikely to take place. I was with a guy - they brought him soup first (standard to taste, no fieria) but warm, okay happens... then they brought him a pork roast (ok, edible, normal) BUT nothing was brought to me during this time, I ordered fish. My companion initially refused to eat alone, but I persuaded him, as everything is cooling down. Well, damn, we came to have lunch together, and not so that one ate and felt uncomfortable, and the other did not eat and felt uncomfortable!!
Bottom line: they brought me fish when the guy was sitting with dessert. The fish is terribly salted (it was recognized in the kitchen) refusal. I left hungry.

I visited the Odessa-Mama restaurant with a group of about 20 people and was shocked by the level of service. The waiters treated us rudely and even informed us that if we did not order the dishes, we would have to leave the establishment within 15 minutes. This is simply unacceptable!
Despite the fact that all we wanted to do was order water, coffee and tea, we were strongly advised to order large portions, referring to the instructions of the manager. I tried to ask the waitress to call the manager, but she ignored my request.
How can you treat customers like this? I will never visit this restaurant again and will not recommend it to anyone.

At the beginning of the celebration, the waiter also said that there was a discount. Before paying the bill, the waiter took a picture of the passport and brought the receipt, assuring that there was a discount. As a result, it was not in the receipt! We called the administrator, who rudely told us that there was no discount for a long time and would not be. I refuted the fact that when booking by phone, we were confirmed with a discount! Why was there a performance with a passport photo? Why did the waiters cheat from the very beginning and did not say about the lack of a discount! It was possible to apologize initially for incorrect information and not spoil the holiday impression! I am silent about the unprofessional service, there may have been a change of newcomers.

We have pre-booked a table for six for September 1st. During the phone call, the number of children was specified. At the same time, there is no children's menu. We never got the promised cocktails for children under 14. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the dishes and the speed of serving. A set of tinctures was immediately brought. At the same time, we waited for Coca-Cola and mors for almost 2 hours (we were reminded of them several times). The first salad and bread arrived an hour after the order. The rest of the dishes were taken out after our repeated requests. The pancakes were cold. The serving of the other dishes also left much to be desired. The size of the roast worth 15.5 rubles was amazing (compare with the site). The mashed potatoes have not been brought after serving the kebab until now (more than an hour has passed).
We were as positive as possible about dinner at this institution and were also very disappointed. The restaurant cannot cope with the workload. Before that, we were in a franchise establishment in the city of Grodno, so there is something to compare it with (we really liked it there).
We do not recommend the institution to visit.

There is no such atmosphere that my mother had in Odessa in Brest. The menu is also different.
There are glasses on the tables, but for some reason the waiter does not know that they need to be filled with water when the guests arrived.
Also, the dishes were not brought at the same time, i.e. one eats, the others look at him.
When entering the cafe, it smells like a toilet (most likely it pulls from the hood), which immediately discourages appetite.
