The place has just opened, fresh, beautifully decorated, but the food is a complete disappointment. We took different dishes, and only liked the dessert with ice cream. The fish is dry, it's impossible to eat, the mussels are in a terribly sour sauce, the service is sooo slow, despite being there during the day, the hall is completely empty. The waiters have difficulty navigating the menu so far. In general, as always, the idea is good, but the implementation....

My first visit was unsuccessful...the second is unlikely to take place. I was with a guy - they brought him soup first (standard to taste, no fieria) but warm, okay happens... then they brought him a pork roast (ok, edible, normal) BUT nothing was brought to me during this time, I ordered fish. My companion initially refused to eat alone, but I persuaded him, as everything is cooling down. Well, damn, we came to have lunch together, and not so that one ate and felt uncomfortable, and the other did not eat and felt uncomfortable!!
Bottom line: they brought me fish when the guy was sitting with dessert. The fish is terribly salted (it was recognized in the kitchen) refusal. I left hungry.
I liked the interior.

Those that were raised many questions both in terms of content and quality. Before paying the bill, the waiter took a picture of the passport and brought the receipt, assuring that there was a discount. As a result, it was not in the receipt! We called the administrator, who rudely told us that there was no discount for a long time and would not be. I refuted the fact that when booking by phone, we were confirmed with a discount! Why was there a performance with a passport photo? Why did the waiters cheat from the very beginning and did not say about the lack of a discount! We have pre-booked a table for six for September 1st. During the phone call, the number of children was specified. At the same time, there is no children's menu. We never got the promised cocktails for children under 14. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the dishes and the speed of serving. A set of tinctures was immediately brought. At the same time, we waited for Coca-Cola and mors for almost 2 hours (we were reminded of them several times). The first salad and bread arrived an hour after the order. The rest of the dishes were taken out after our repeated requests. The pancakes were cold. The serving of the other dishes also left much to be desired. The size of the roast worth 15.5 rubles was amazing (compare with the site). The mashed potatoes have not been brought after serving the kebab until now (more than an hour has passed).
We were as positive as possible about dinner at this institution and were also very disappointed. The restaurant cannot cope with the workload. Before that, we were in a franchise establishment in the city of Grodno, so there is something to compare it with (we really liked it there).
We do not recommend the institution to visit.

I visited the Odessa-Mama restaurant with a group of about 20 people and was shocked by the level of service. The waiters treated us rudely and even informed us that if we did not order the dishes, we would have to leave the establishment within 15 minutes. This is simply unacceptable!
Despite the fact that all we wanted to do was order water, coffee and tea, we were strongly advised to order large portions, referring to the instructions of the manager. I tried to ask the waitress to call the manager, but she ignored my request.
How can you treat customers like this? I will never visit this restaurant again and will not recommend it to anyone.

There is no such atmosphere that my mother had in Odessa in Brest. The menu is also different.
There are glasses on the tables, but for some reason the waiter does not know that they need to be filled with water when the guests arrived.
Also, the dishes were not brought at the same time, i.e. one eats, the others look at him.
When entering the cafe, it smells like a toilet (most likely it pulls from the hood), which immediately discourages appetite.
