It's a nightmare, you can't find consultants, there's not a single person in the department, if they are somewhere, they stand and chat among themselves, you come up and ask where to find something, and they don't know anything, everyone has the same answer, we're not from this department.
At what I understand, if there were a lot of people and everyone was busy, but the store is empty on Sunday evening.
As a result, we spent more than an hour in the store due to the fact that it is absolutely not clear where to look for what. The big question is where the management is looking.
It's a pity that the store is cool, with a lot of choice, and I don't want to go here next time.

I ordered some goods, they brought completely different ones... they got everything mixed up. The delivery was paid, but the courier who delivered the order added the cost of delivery to the total amount on his own. Unfortunately, my father took the order and did not notice it.... Now I have been trying for 2 days to return the funds and receive MY order, which I originally placed. But here's another thing... the operators don't call back, I call them the second day and they feed me with promises -we solve your question / it's in the works / expect and so on.... Silence....
