My colleague and I visited this wonderful hotel on April 18-21, 2026 and were delighted. It's a very cozy place, delicious breakfasts, and the staff is polite. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness in the room, daily not only cleaning, but also a change of towels, bathrobes and bathroom accessories (hygiene products). I can't help but note the presence of a cooler with clean bottled water on each floor, and there is also an iron and ironing board in the lobby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hospitable hotel.

It's a very nice and cozy hotel. In the style of an old castle. Clean, snow-white linen. There are slippers and bathrobes and all accessories in the bathroom (which is not available in every hotel). The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is generally a separate multiple plus and a bomb. We have never seen such an excellent and good breakfast in the hotels of the former USSR countries. I definitely recommend it. 20 minutes from the airport. We had a 16-hour wait before the next flight to Shymkent. I chose this hotel and didn't regret it. And the price is good
