I reasonably show her the receipt with the order number and instead of apologizing (or at least it would be nice to tone down her tone) she says - well, you should have shown it right away.
Of course, I understand that the end of the day, people are tired. But this is just one of the many situations that have happened.

I no longer like this fast food chain. There are many types of shawarma and there is nothing to it. Because the cook gets confused about the ingredients and doesn't report them. As soon as this network appeared, any Shawarma was juicy and delicious, it even seemed like there was too much ingredients, but now it's dry, since little sauce is added and little meat or vegetables, and sometimes they forget to put any ingredient at all. Сама шаурма очень вкусная, удобное приложение , хорошие граммовки, приемлемая цена , отличное расположение . Огромный выбор. Из минусов , почти всегда большие очереди , минуть 10+ будите ждать , сотрудники часто болтают между собой словно посетителей нет вообще , не очень удобно кушать именно там . Много мусора, и супер грязная кухня, что порой задумываешься а стоит ли брать.

Часто здесь беру на "быстро поесть" шаурму. Большой выбор различных вариантов. Поскольку проходимость "точки" высокая, мясо всегда свежее и не пережаренное.
А вот "крутят" шаурму тут на 4-. Много салата и залени, соус часто льют неравномерно, мяса могли бы и побольше класть. За это снижаю оценку на балл.
Из плюсов сети "папа донер" хочу выделить удобное мобильное приложение. Заказал, и к выбранному времени подошёл и без очереди забрал шаурмишку. Удобно.
