Your shipment may not be picked up on the appointed day, simply because you are in another city as the recipient (may also be the sender) The managers of the company, Anna Alexandrovna, telephone conversation dated 05/13/2026 time of recording the conversation, 20:00 duration, 19 minutes, states that the local number must be indicated in the application. But how do you explain it to me if the sender and recipient are the same person and they are located in another city and in another country? Does he need to run to Kazakhstan for a number and wait for your call from the courier? I don't understand... Next, I successfully carried out 19 deliveries in another company, and when I switched to PEC service, I expected a higher level of service, but at the same time I get absolutely the wrong thing ... Disruption of cargo pickup on the right day, at the right time!!!
