I give you a high rating. The room has pleasant lighting and is clean. They cook quickly. The food was average. It's very suitable for a regular lunch, of course there is no excitement. I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the presence of a refrigerator on the menu, it turned out to be a little over-acidified, but overall very good. And I really liked the dressing with herbs for the Greek salad, but the slicing is a bit large for me. I also took pizza with arugula, it was quite tasty. We went in on a weekday afternoon - there were quite a lot of people. But despite this, we were served quickly, there were a lot of waiters. They're polite. Delicious coffee! And mojitos. Greek salad with delicious honey dressing. But what really delighted me was the Hawaiian pizza!! This is exactly how it should be done! I'm tired of looking at options with chicken or mushrooms (( and here - thin, delicious dough, ham, pineapples and sauce with cheese. Nothing superfluous and sooooo delicious! The pizzeria's menu offers a wide selection of pizzas with a variety of fillings, which are prepared from fresh and high-quality ingredients. We ordered several different types of pizza, and they were all very tasty and juicy. We especially liked the pizza Margarita and Pepperoni.
In addition, the pizzeria has a selection of drinks and snacks that perfectly complement the order. We also appreciated the presence of a children's corner, which made our visit even more comfortable.

I go to Pizza Tempo in the Gallery quite often, especially after shopping in the shopping center or while walking around the city center.
The quality of service has improved recently - the waiters are polite, kind and very positive! Create the right atmosphere in the establishment and the mood for the rest of the day!
Among the menu items, I can single out pizza "Romeo" and "Super Meat". They are very tasty and satisfying. From the main menu dishes, I often order beef cheeks with mashed potatoes, chicken fillet with gnocchi and rustic pancakes. No matter how much I ordered, it was always delicious and juicy, the price corresponds to the quality and volume of the dishes.
Very tasty homemade teas, especially with black currants. Lemonades for an amateur are a bit sweet.

The worst pizzas of my life. We ordered a cheeseburger pizza and a pizza with barbecue chicken and honey mushrooms yesterday as part of the "second pizza for 3p" promotion, by the way, honey mushrooms are only in the composition, in fact, for some reason they were not in the pizza. In the same network on Timiryazev, pizzas are much tastier, but apparently the point is different, having tried it in the Gallery, it's just something, the ingredients are apparently ending their shelf life, there is an aftertaste of spoiled products, the cashier did not ask what kind of dough we want pizza on, the service rating is 1 - they said to wait 15 minutes, a total of 30 minutes instead of the promised 15. Considering the price of two 23 rubles, it's not even worth it, it's better to take vacuum 7p pizzas at Euroopt - there will be more enjoyment. After these pizzas, we sat, sorry, on the toilet all evening 👍

If you've come to this place to enjoy beef tartare, then I have some bad news for you. It looks like a very good dish, although the slicing of meat is too large for this dish, but the most confusing thing is that the meat is LITERALLY frozen. The waiter and the manager responded to my remark as follows: "According to the technological map, we have such a container in our network."
During a minute-long conversation, I asked to remove this dish from the bill, as I only tasted it and did not continue to eat. Yes, he was removed from the bill, but with a super disgruntled face and a look like an inferior person. In general, I was unhappy with the lunch, but thank you for not making me pay for this misunderstanding.

The kitchen was magical, with a beautiful view from the window, and excellent service from the waiter, but the receptionist's behavior at the entrance pretty much spoiled the impression. She did not react at all to the appearance of the client. Her behavior and communication left much to be desired. If I didn't come in an expensive dress, but in ordinary jeans, it doesn't mean that I can't spend two hundred rubles on lunch. Hello! I would like to leave a review about our dinner last night at Tempo Pizza on Pobediteley Avenue 9.
We arrived with a group of three people around 6:30 p.m., waiting for a table to be vacated. You've been here more than once before. We were seated and the "friendly" waiter Arseny approached us. Without further ado, a smile, or anything else, he accepted our order number 913380. I brought dessert right away. This is the second time this has happened. At the very least, it seems logical to clarify this point with the guest. Few people on an empty stomach want to eat dessert before carbonara. By the way, he put it right on the edge of the table - almost half of the plate was hanging down. But okay, that's just the flowers. Then Arseny brings the dishes and just puts a stack of three pizza plates near my hand and leaves, saying, arrange them yourself. The mood was already starting to deteriorate. And so I didn't have to wait long - they brought me my carbonara with a poached egg. I try an egg, and the coldest and snottiest slime of an undercooked protein turns out to be in my mouth. It's just disgusting. I'll clarify! I've tried carbonara with you in the past and it hasn't happened. The waiter, meanwhile, shows with all his appearance that it is difficult for him to serve us, and a grimace of displeasure played on his face all evening. I call him and tell him about my problem. He takes my plate and takes it away. After a couple of minutes, he comes up with my plate, apparently expecting me to finish this snot, and says, "The cook said that the essence of poached eggs is that there should be a dense white, and the yolk should be liquid." Thanks to the waiter for clarifying, of course, but I didn't come from the wilderness so I wouldn't know what poached eggs are all about. Apparently, it's in the snot. I told him that I had stated the problem of undercooked and cold protein, not the yolk. He's gone again. He came a while later with the statement that the cook, of course, would redo my order, but, I quote, "everything was fine in the dish." I clarified what is normal - is it a cold and snotty protein? To which I heard a repeat of the phrase that the cook actually said that everything was fine. I was completely taken aback. Why should I tell you that my order will be redone, but at the same time try to prove to me that I was wrong? Like, so be it, we'll redo it, but could you finish it and not show off? An interesting approach to clients.
As I expected, they brought me an already overcooked poached egg) I didn't say anything anymore, even if the dish had already been brought hot, as well as the egg, and thanks for that. One of my friends' pizzas was also a little cold. In general, we left with a lot of precipitation, and after that, none of us have any desire to return. I also used to work in the service sector and I understand all the work of such professions, but I consider this behavior unacceptable. I understand that you shouldn't expect much from a pizzeria, but, sorry, banal respect, politeness and dishes without snot are the base.

No one warned about the delay.
At 22:00, the courier arrived and did not even apologize for the delay. Until I myself noticed that the receipt had the correct delivery time, but in fact it was a lie. The pizza arrived iced. And there's a piece of cardboard already swollen in the cheese. The party was ruined. There was no time to re-order food somewhere.
I risked warming it up, but it turned out to taste rubbery.
It's horrible.
I called the operator, they promised that the administrator would call back. But the second day and no reaction.

Disgusting and neglectful waiter service! They ruined the whole evening, the most shameful service I've ever seen!!! Not only do they forget about orders, they just don't get through, the waiters don't know the menu, it feels like they took the first person they saw from the crowd and said: well, that's it, go take orders. I was there with my two friends and a small child on March 15 at about 18:00 (they came) When asked what the waiting time was, the answer was 20-30 minutes, okay, we agreed and continued to place the order (this is important because a small child will not sit out for a long time). As a result: they brought the first order to the baby, but there was no fork. We told the waiter about this, and he was like, I'll bring it right now, and then we see a picture: he goes to the station with the appliances, but he doesn't take the appliances for us, but his glass of coke and stupidly drinks coke in the hall and smoothly moves with this glass to the kitchen. Then we barely got another waiter to bring us a fork, and thanks a lot. Then they brought soup to the child, but there was no spoon))) They caught the waiter again to bring a spoon. Initially, there were no napkins, we had to go to the bar ourselves and take them, then they brought soup to my friend, and there was no spoon for her either!!! The waiter tripped over the child's chair 2 times, and that was the "cherry on the cake": after 1.15 minutes, we asked the waiter, "Where's the pizza?" and he said, "I'll get it now." HE BRINGS IT, BUT IT'S COLD. IT WAS AS IF they HAD COOKED IT AN HOUR AGO, and she was standing there, waiting for the miracle waiter to come to her senses. Because of such employees, the evening was completely ruined, the child had to be calmed down from hysteria because the waiting time exceeded 3 times the promised time, and they also forgot about the order! Of course, I refused the pizza and said I wasn't going to pay for it. The receptionist was also a canteen guy, and he didn't hesitate to drink water in the hall for 5 minutes, looking at all this pr**. The complaint from the earth to the moon and back was not written only because the child was hysterical, I had no time to write it. Awful. Disgusting. I'm not just going to let it go.

However, there was an unpleasant aftertaste in the form of a waitress, unfortunately, I do not remember the name. The girl with glasses speaks VERY quietly, I understand that the end of the shift, the staff is tired, but even when the visitor asks the same question 2 times, I think it is clear that you are inaudible (while music is also playing in the hall)... The girl is as unfriendly as possible, greeted quietly, threw the menu on the table and left :) in most visits, everything was well served, all the waiters are friendly!

Met with a dazzling smile, wonderful, very pleasant girl administrator Daria! She paid us maximum attention, as all the waiters were busy at that time. She recommended a great selection of dishes, drinks, and desserts from a varied menu … Everything was cooked quickly and very tasty. The service is polite, with smiles and jokes. We had lunch with my daughter today. Caesar with rotten salad was served. I had to make a remark. They made another one. But the employee immediately finished mine at the dishwasher. Sadness. In general, tempo pizza is very bad in the Gallery. The cook there is much worse than in other places. The service is also lame.
