The TV with a diagonal of 24 inches is half-blinded, the TV is antediluvian but quite working, you can use the room key, it's so heavy. Rooms are cleaned on demand. Soap and shower gel are the worst possible. Take it with you. The bed is super, moderately soft and wide... There is a refrigerator.

I stayed in a Suite without breakfast. The building was built for the Olympic Games-80. The price-quality ratio is quite adequate, but the interiors are already outdated. Convenient access and parking. Nice view from the window. The hotel does not have its own restaurant.

The hotel is located in the city center. The hotel is expensive for its service. The breakfasts are cold even when they arrived at 7.00! There's a queue for the coffee machine!!! One device. Milk powder.
The room is small, there is garbage on the floor from previous tenants. The audibility is very high from the nearest neighbors, ESPECIALLY the noise of the shower! It seems that they are washing in your room! Garbage is taken out of the bathroom every day. We lived for 3 days during this time, the towels were not changed.
There is free parking, but it is packed with cars, probably those who come to the nearest museums, cafes, shops, in short, on business. By evening, the parking lot is empty. There is a paid parking lot.

Very friendly and courteous staff, everything is clean and conscientious! This is a huge plus of the hotel. But there are no conditions for modern recreation, alas. For visitors, the only way to eat is to have breakfast before 10 a.m. Lunch and dinner in the hotel is not possible unless you have brought an extra suitcase with food, dishes and a kitchen.

There are no advantages. An old hotel. The breakfasts are only continental, there are no lunches and dinners, the restaurant is closing. Mattresses with biting springs, TVs are prehistoric and do not show, even corny phones are not in the rooms, not in any, even superior comfort. Shower gel and shampoo had to be begged with a fight, as they put only 1 sachet each, for a stay of 2 nights and 3 days. There are few towels. When asked to move to a room with an additional fee, it was better, they said everything was occupied or the rooms were not ready, but the hotel was completely empty. There were a lot of midges on the curtains, scales crawled on the bed, there was a musty smell in the room and instead of a pipe under the shower stall, there was a hole in the concrete floor and if you turn on the pressure in the shower more strongly, the water did not have time to drain and flooded the floor.
The towels and bed linen were clean, and the staff service was very good. The girls at the reception are just a miracle, there was shampoo and shower gel. I give 3 stars for this.

Our goal was to spend one night in the center of Minsk in normal conditions.We took a suite at the Planeta Hotel, the room smelled very strongly, without exaggeration, strongly, I even had some kind of lump in my throat from this mixture of the smell of chemistry (very strange, I had not seen this before) and antiquity. But since we spent 9 hours in droga, it was already past midnight, I decided to take heart. A black woodlouse was crawling on the floor of the bathroom, the toilet roll was not new, the remains, In general, it became very disgusting and most importantly, that the two wide-open windows did not knock down the smell of chemicals in the room. We asked to change the room, the girls at the reception kindly gave us the keys to another option, it was also very strong, but it stank and there was someone's hair on the bed. I can't describe this smell , you have to feel it to understand it. When we went down to the reception to say that we were leaving, a passing hotel guest recommended that we run away from here.he said that he was here 15 years ago and came for old times' sake and was very sorry, we happily replied to him that we were going to follow his advice.the funny thing is that for the same price we stayed in a great chain hotel, breakfast is included, the center, you want to walk around the room even barefoot. Separately, I want to note that the girls from the reception at the Planeta Hotel solved all our questions, offered a room replacement, and issued a refund .thanks to them for that . The room was old, with a musty smell, there was one mosquito net for two rooms, the doors were cracked to such an extent that the next room could be seen through them.
