We had a rest in the "Planet" at the end of May 2023. We took a Suite, comfortable, clean. The service is consistent with ☆☆☆.
The staff is very friendly and good-natured.. The breakfasts are delicious. But still there is one "unique" thing - this is the room key: bulky and not very convenient, but otherwise everything is fine. I recommend it!

There is rust in the bathroom, bedside tables without doors, the bed creaks, the audibility from the neighboring rooms is incredible!, only 2 of the 4 elevators work. Breakfast is very weak. One of the advantages is the beautiful interior in the dining room.

It was the only option for the May holidays.
The price does not match the quality: the interior needs updating, there were no slippers and bathrobes, the water cooler was empty for several days.
But the location is great, the very center, near a local grocery store, metro, shopping center with an exchanger. The staff is professional and responsive.

The doors are creaking. There is water in the shower, the drain is clogged. The handles of the shower stall are broken off. The furniture is worn out. The staff leaves much to be desired. What is the price for? There are many other hotels in the city where the price and quality are much more attractive. Transport accessibility is also not the best.
There is no short number for calls to the reception and the maid. An iron can only be obtained during the maid's working hours. There is no maid on duty. The breakfast food is cold. The porridge is cold.
Of the advantages, I will note - if you got a room with a view of Svisloch. And secured parking.

Unprofessional reception staff. Meager and monotonous breakfasts. There are only 2 elevators when the hotel is fully loaded (12 floors). Tired rooms with mold in the bathroom.

The hotel is not bad to stay for a short time. The breakfasts are the same every day, there are no normal side dishes (either millet or oatmeal every day). There are no casseroles/cheesecakes/omelets, just chicken, sausages and cottage cheese. The room was not cleaned very well, the bed linen was not changed for 8 days!! The refrigerator in the room didn't work at all.

As many stars as the hotel has, I give it as many here.
For its cost, in general, not bad. But not wow, there are 3* times better.
And now for the case:
1. The room stock has not seen repairs, probably, since the 2nd thousandth year;
2. Plumbing is old, furniture is old;
3. The cleaning is average. But here is not a claim to the workers, but, again, to repair;
4. The TV didn't work, I tried to set it up. Only the "First Channel" appeared and that without sound;
5. A huge, straight huge plus is that the hotel is in the center: 10 minutes and 4 rubles by taxi from the railway station. And 30 minutes and already 40 rubles from the airport. To the Upper town on foot, foot by foot, 15 minutes maximum. Well, the view from the room was beautiful :)

A great big beautiful hotel in the center of Minsk. I was here in the summer of 2018.
There are a lot of foreigners of various nationalities living here (I have met Germans, French and Americans more often) and I think this hotel suits them because it is more than just good for my taste.
Very clean, the beds are super, the shower and the bathroom are completely without complaints, the breakfast is an excellent Swiss table.

A cozy 14-storey hotel. The double room has a kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator and air conditioning, cups, saucers, boats, glasses. The room is cleaned daily. Change the towel too. The furniture is new. It is better to make payment by card. Breakfast is available for a fee. Lunch at the hotel restaurant, just go through the passage to another building. Lunch is from 13.00 to 15.00. Lunch is on average about 6 Belarusian rubles per person. But in the dining room it is better for cash, because they withdraw SIM cards at an incomprehensible rate.

Clean, the room has everything you need.
There were problems with the check-in. The room was not booked in advance, as we had to suddenly stay in Minsk due to a car breakdown. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that there were no rooms, although they were on the website and on the Ostrovok booking service.I opened the Islet service with them and booked a room. The unhappy receptionist said that she would go and look at it now and maybe there was a room. When we returned, it turned out that the room really was there and we were checked in.
But it was, of course, not very pleasant, since we had suitcases and a 4-year-old child and did not want to run around the city looking for other options!

We found out that the refrigerator was not working, and we really needed it to store medicines. We were told that there were no refrigerators, I still knocked out by 12 at night, honestly, I was very disappointed with the hotel for such an attitude, 3 stars, but in relation to 1 it only pulls.

They sent a colleague on a business trip. Terrible reviews and impressions. A melted air conditioner that is scary to turn on. A shower room with broken plastic, which has an Internet connection, but in fact does not work. Windows that are scary to open, but unrealistic to close. The doors are cracked and closing so that you can wake up the neighbors. And a lot more negative things about tired furniture and furnishings. There is a complete discrepancy between the images from the site and what you saw firsthand.

It's not 3 stars for sure.
The towels are shabby, they are not changed every day. The plumbing is just tinny. Shower stall -I want to cry, fungus in the cracks.
The window sills were not wiped during the season, there is no kettle in the room. The bed is rickety, but the linen is clean and snow-white.
The dining room is a nightmare..... there are dead insects and dirt in the Corner near the washing machine-are the floors not washed at all? The vases are dirty, the cold installations are dirty, not well maintained. Everything is greasy. Although the set of dishes is normal.
The stop of transport is far away, the store is far away!
In short, he wants to be better!!!!
