My husband ordered a bouquet for February 14th through this store, and I was absolutely delighted! Although, to be honest, I expected a little more, as the bouquet came a little different from the one in the picture. But, well, the flowers were fresh, and that's the main thing! The small roses, of course, didn't quite justify the price, but it still looked very cute. I am very pleased that the company took care of the delivery on time, the courier was polite, everything is in order. But the most important thing is the Scandinavian cake, which my husband also ordered! It was so delicious, with salmon and a great texture. So unusual, and yet so perfect for the holiday. I was very happy with this surprise, even though I wanted a little more perfect colors. Next time, I think I will order again, but I hope that the composition will match the description even more accurately.

The service is terrible, they probably don't know what it's like to work with clients after 23:00.
I stopped by to buy balloons at 23:30, and the woman at the checkout, without letting go of her phone from small talk, showed me a box of balloons where I had to choose what I needed. There were two more men in the store, one was served by a woman with a phone, and I stood waiting for her to make a bouquet, when she made it, it turned out that there was another employee in the store who left with such reluctance, as if I had come to her house.
The balloons were inflated, I chose from such a garbage residue that they should have been ashamed, and when asked "this is the whole range," they told me yes.
As a result, when I went to see if the girl would inflate balloons for a long time, they had a huge stand with a large selection of balloons, which for some reason they did not want to sell. I asked several times if there were definitely no more balls, and they told me no. If I had the money, I would have chosen more expensive and more balls than I was given at that moment.

We ordered a bouquet for the promotion. We didn't expect anything super luxurious (this is a promotion), but the difference in photo reality turned out to be simply enormous! A small but lush bouquet of 25 roses was expected, but something short was brought. It was accepted by a person who just had to pick it up and did not refuse. They ruined our holiday. So don't get fooled by this company, they can cheat. I had to urgently run and complement the bouquet in another place, it was a shame to give such a gift.

Today, 11/14/2024, 50 cm roses were sold under the guise of 60 cm, respectively, more expensive, they did not deign to tie a banal ribbon so that the flowers would be collected, they only asked about the packaging, said that simple paper would be enough, but even then they regretted staples from a stapler, they never fastened…

A day before some holiday, I went to book a bouquet and did the right thing! When I picked up the flowers the next day on Friday, there were scant leftovers. In general, the choice of colors is almost always good, there are balloons, bears, various postcards and gifts in addition to the colors. I haven't used the online order yet!

The very case when around the clock means around the clock. For the first time in my life, I faced the need to get flowers on the night from Friday to Saturday. I called 5 companies "around the clock" and no one picked up the phone anywhere. Only here. It is clear that there is a rush, the courier has orders for 3 hours ahead. But I need it urgently. It doesn't matter, everything was solved through Yandex delivery and there are many options with payment. In general, I recommend it. PS. it is clear that not all bouquets will be available at night, keep this in mind when choosing on the site.

That is, the website shows a chic package of several layers, which makes a bouquet a bouquet, and just 7 naked roses were delivered! Today there are 5 roses with strong buds left in the morning ... 5 more roses more or less look good, but the buds are soft and tomorrow, most likely, I will say goodbye to these roses ... But for some organizations, such as Podarok.Of course, it is necessary to remind you periodically that getting loyal customers and solving emerging issues is one of the key factors of an organization's competitiveness. The management of this office does not seem to know these basics and works with clients only as long as everything is good. They do not know how to solve conflicts or simply do not want to, they overestimate their importance too much. For 3 years we have been loyal customers who often ordered for themselves and organizations and advised others, but the last few orders have completely changed our opinion....
There were several very important orders for bouquets, they ordered in advance, but they warned that the flowers should be fresh, the bouquets were not chosen the cheapest and picked up in the morning, but by the evening they received withered brooms (and despite the fact that all the care conditions were met).
Appeals to both the store and the management through the website, and then through the complaint book, did not give any result. The management is not interested in any kind of conflict resolution at all, although sometimes a conversation is enough to maintain normal relations and increase customer loyalty.
I would like to recommend the management to learn such a simple but very important skill as the ability to communicate!
