I visited several times, everything was fine and delicious, but the last time I was VERY disappointed with the service. The waiters carried my order to the wrong table, and when, after a while!!, they brought it to me, the food was terribly cold. There were 6 items in the order, since I was not alone, all 6 were carried on the wrong table. Then they warmed up for a hundred years, they warmed up not evenly. I was very disappointed with the last visit.

We stopped by for lunch with the child for half an hour and naturally, while waiting for the order, she ran to the playground. We were at this restaurant yesterday and were shocked! While taking an order, the waitress simultaneously corresponded with someone on the phone, as a result of which she did not hear everything. Then it's even more fun. A black hair was found in the dish, lying on top of the dumplings. We are trying to call our waiter, she is not there. We call another one. He comes, listens to the problem and leaves. Without apologizing for what happened. The administrator arrives. Also, without apologizing to us, he leaves with the dish to sort it out in the kitchen or somewhere else. After 5 minutes, he returns and says, "it can't be the hair of our chefs, they're all blond and wearing hats." This is probably the best excuse I've ever heard in my life)) After that, he clarifies whether we just want to remove the dish from the receipt or bring a new one. Of course, a person wants to eat and asks for something new. To clarify, we have not heard an apology. The simple word "sorry" was enough! Our waitress has already brought the dish. By the way, she is dark, as well as her hair. She didn't say a word, just left the dish and began to leave. We couldn't stand it anymore and asked if they wanted to apologize, because it's somehow not right at all. The waitress replied, "they'll bring it, and some more." We finished our meal and sat for another 40 minutes. No one came up to us. A fourth person has already been sent to calculate us, who also did not apologize. Everything was counted in the bill, fortunately there is no hair) We go to restaurants a lot, different situations happen, but this is the first time all four of us have seen such a reaction from the staff. Very disappointed…
