They are not allowed to enter the hall and onto the terrace with a stroller, even if the child is not sitting, i.e. there is nothing to place the baby in (violation of the barrier-free environment under the legislation of the Republic of Belarus). The table is reserved only with a deposit (also contrary to the law). Also, administrators rudely allow themselves to talk to visitors and are extremely non-client-oriented.

The place is pleasant, we were satisfied with good impressions. The service is excellent! Several guys help to serve the table at once, they do not keep you waiting long, the territory is excellent - both a terrace and gazebos for every taste, there is a place to walk with a stroller. A 10-year-old child spent most of his time with animators, was very pleased, and asked to come here on his own. The kitchen is delicious. The only drawback for a place of a good level is the lack of a ramp for lifting the stroller both into the hall and onto the terrace. This is a small thing and it is not difficult to do it at all, but how many amenities there will be for visitors with the youngest age category, and there are quite a few of them there! This does not affect the quality of service, but I would like to take into account the wish.

We were here 2 times, everything was great for the 1st time, but for the second time it was straight 0 service, first they brought us khinkali, then snacks and immediately an undercooked shish kebab (pink from the inside), the official asked for salt and pepper 3 times, the child fell asleep in the stroller was not allowed to bring the holiday to the table because of stupidity what is fashionable in a cradle and in a wheelchair on wheels is not complete nonsense. but I do not recommend the food here it was very much change and improve

Yes, we agree that we turned the table around without agreement, as more people joined us. But in the tone in which the admin/waiter communicated with us.. the question is for this level of institution. It's one thing to come up and say, "we can't do this, let's offer it to you." But to fly in and just communicate with the guests in a raised tone is such a thing. When we were offered a nearby table, the waiter was informed that our friends would be seated at this table. The table couldn't be cleaned for 20 minutes. Then, when they removed it, other people immediately went to him, who were also served by our waiter. And as a result, there was a conflict between the waiter and the administrator. And another spoiled mood for the guests of the two tables. 2. We made an order. When making it, the waiter asked the position again. As a result, after an hour of waiting, we decided to clarify what was wrong with the order. And it just wasn't recorded. So we would have sat for another hour? Two? We had only positive impressions about the institution, but after this time we leave with a huge frustration from the service
