There was a case when I bought poor-quality electrodes, came to change them, did not dare to take responsibility themselves, contacted the manufacturer and he agreed to a refund. ) I still haven't figured out why the store isn't responsible for the product. But they returned everything, bought another brand, and the issue was closed.

- Rabid "girl" - consultant Ekaterina Z. When trying to write a slip check for a rule, she asked where I saw the electrics department here. I don't know in my heart how.... the rule applies to electrics.

- Well done guys. They're trying. In their department, in order to make a slip check, I first had to collect all the goods I needed in the basket. Although I took photos of the price tags.
- I had 2 slip receipts and 3 items at the checkout. He said the receipts were for delivery. I made the delivery and went home. On the way, I got a call from the information center and was told that I had only one slip receipt for delivery. It turned out to be impossible to solve this issue remotely. I had to go back.
