We were at the hunter's cabin. The food is delicious and hot. Soups and pancakes are hearty. There was a huge portion of French fries for the children, they didn't even finish it. The place is atmospheric inside and out. There is a stove in the house, in April it was warm and comfortable inside. The waiters are polite, the service is good. The average waiting time for the main dishes was 35-40 minutes.

The service in this establishment is simply at zero. I give one star only for the interior.
We had to look for the waiter all over the room (on the 2nd floor) ourselves.
We were with a small child, there is no high chair in this institution (because it is all dirty on the street).
When ordering mashed potatoes for a child, they asked that it was without salt, but we were told that it was already ready and they would not be able to transfer it. Well, then they asked us to bring it quickly, and we were told that it would be delivered within 10 minutes. But they served it to us almost the last of our order, about 40 minutes later!
They brought dirty glasses, and when they asked for a change, the waiter took them away very rudely and abruptly and ran away.
To ask for the bill, the waiter had to wait very long until he came from another cabin.
I expected a completely different service from such a beautiful and popular one.

I must say right away that we go there often, probably for 4 years, mostly to the sauna, in winter it's especially fun-frost, sauna,snow, warm pool.

It's about the "water area".
The place is located outside the city, so when planning a vacation, you need to take into account the costs and time to get there, and if you found the time, you booked in advance
a house, gathered like-minded people, then for sure, you expect to get a decent level of rest from the time and money spent!)?
Earlier, I had complaints about the cleanliness in the showers, the safety of the location of metal structures, in relation to the pool (the child did not hit his head much), with the administration, we heard each otherfor which I am immensely grateful (you need to listen to your customers, because one day you yourself may find yourself in their place), and poorly rendered services create an impression about the institution as a whole!
But the last visit, it's just "something"!
In short, 2 drunken companies did not share something, and since the place is public, without security, and the case went straight to a fight, 2 large and inadequately behaving companies called the police and traffic police...
The place is public, saunas too, this news drunken horror, with a stream of obscenities, inappropriate behavior of people drunk and unfamiliar to you, had to listen and watch...There were children there!(3,x,6 years old), their children, they cried, women, asked men not to fight...
And you and a guy came to get "relax!!!!", warm up in the sauna, swim in a warm pool.....

A wonderful place! We celebrated our birthday on 26.02 and got to Maslenitsa yet) we didn't even expect it!!! Such a holiday!! And contests for children and adults! We were very lucky to get there) we lived in a cappuccino room for two days. Although we didn't plan on it) we extended it. The kitchen is just super!!! And what kind of breakfasts!!! In general, mmm! I highly recommend you to visit. The cost is very affordable. The staff is polite and courteous. The rooms are clean, the bathroom has everything you need, even if you didn't take it with you. It's warm and cozy. The aquazone is generally a separate place. We will visit more than once!
