We were with the company two times. The first time everything was fine, except that some dishes could not be ordered due to the lack of certain ingredients. After listening to the conversation a little, we heard that the guys at the next table ordered a dish, but the waiter forgot about it.
For the second time, we also faced this problem. We ordered two soups and two kebabs. One soup was brought after 25 minutes, the second soup was not brought at all. When I asked where the soup was, they replied that they had forgotten. The kebab was also waited for a long time, which eventually turned out to be too salty. The place is mediocre. Two stars only for the atmosphere.

We celebrated a banquet in June 2022, which can be said, the music was left so loudly that out of 4 banquets in one day, people just shouted at each other, you couldn't hear what was being said from one end of the table to the other, as for food, standard food for this level, but if you cook a cheese platter it should be cheese and not fruit by half for almost 20 rubles, even if you throw in a pack of 120g brie cheese and it will look better than what was incomprehensible on the plate;
Draniki were generally recommended in the reviews, so they ordered it, in short, the draniki were not particularly tasty to us and, by the way, tasteless only flour and
burnt; shish kebab and well-cooked meat separated, but it did not smell like a barbecue, it's a shish kebab of the lord!!!!The service is not bad, the only thing was unclear where the assorted fish went after the height of the dancing, they did not try ((( , we understand that part of the table was full and people just did not go to the banquet, and the products were standing, I do not say anything, they did not keep track ...

Not so long ago, there was the best borscht in Minsk. But the cook has changed, and with him, it seems, the recipe. Previously, borscht was on toasted or smoked ribs - I went specifically for it. And now a small piece of ordinary meat is not the same at all. Beef Stroganoff was served in a clay pot, now in a sauce pan.

the service is at the level of a scoop. We stopped by for dinner with the family. We are waiting for the waiters for five minutes, ten, fifteen.... the feeling that no one notices you and no one cares. I had to constantly wave my hands and shout at them. we accepted the order ....
we served water immediately, after 30 minutes we were able to make a burger and cook macaroni and cheese. that's it.... after an hour, I had to try to call someone again and ask them to calculate, because in an hour I didn't fry a pancake and damn it, how is it at all? after I asked for the calculation, they apparently ran to cook. and they brought a pancake with an egg (they cooked for more than an hour) and a machanka, but.... without pancakes, apparently they did not have time to fry. beef stroganoff was said to be preparing (apparently they only started it after an hour). therefore, I did not wait for the pancakes to be agreed to the machanka, and no one wanted to eat the dranik after an hour. as a change, they brought cold donuts with them))))
the people in the gazebo opposite were ordering at the same time as us when we left, they had not yet been served anything in 1.5 hours. they saw us off with sad eyes.....actually in the photo there is a machanka without pancakes and what they were able to cook in more than an hour)

Excellent, country restaurant complex,cozy atmosphere on the territory of the complex,delicious cuisine,friendly and helpful staff,there is also a sauna with 2 steam rooms and 2 outdoor pools for adults and children, there are sun loungers near the pool in sunny weather you can sunbathe. I recommend trying the local cranberry tincture and ice cream with fresh berries👍

I swam in this pool in November. Jumping out of the bathhouse into warm water is a real delight! One of the cabins has a Jacuzzi - a nice addition. The food is delicious, the prices are divine. So it's very nice and pleasant to celebrate events there with a warm company or family, and just relax.

We stayed at the Ptich hotel, there is no choice for dinner except for the cafe located right there. But we were happy after reading the good reviews. It started with the fact that the table is only up to a certain time, because everything is booked. The menu was carried for 15 minutes, we had to wait the same amount to accept the order. The order itself was carried for 30-45 minutes. The waitress became less and less friendly with each approach. But these are all small things. Here's the food... the biggest disappointment, the chicken kebab is over-salted and with an unrealistic dose of garlic paste, the frying pan with potatoes and meat is also excessively salty, suluguni in lavash (how can you spoil it?!) it is also disgusting, the cheese is watery and does not look like suluguni. Yes, even the tea was tasteless. The only thing I liked was the beer, but the waitress decided to take the glass away, not allowing me to finish it and not even asking if it was possible to clean up. The hot food was brought to us not at the same time, but with a difference of 15 minutes (apparently this is not done, they did not teach). We were very hungry, the food usually tastes better in this state, but it didn't help. We left the cafe with a very unpleasant feeling. The smell and taste of garlic followed for a very long time. If there was a choice, they would have gone to another place.
The only plus is a very friendly receptionist.

The place is just GREAT! The staff is helpful and humane, the menu is excellent, the cooked dishes are very tasty. There is a Playground on site, which is also a big plus. The prices are quite adequate, something is more expensive, something is cheaper. The overall price level turns out to be about the same as for other establishments of a similar plan. The institution has its high rating for a reason.

A good reservoir with non-flowering water. Clean coastline, mostly grass. There are places equipped for recreation. Compared to other vacation spots, it didn't seem so crowded. One of the disadvantages is a muddy and very uneven bottom in the place where you enter the water.

Disappointment is terrible!
The Bird Cafe has always been a standard of hospitality for me, but yesterday's situation crossed everything out.
Yesterday (11/29/2021), my husband and I decided to visit our favorite dance floor from soul radio, which has already been held in this cafe several times. But half of the evening we had to listen to a completely different program, which, to put it mildly, did not make us very happy.
I repeat, this evening we came to your disco! In my opinion, it is not acceptable to change the declared program (the advertising of which has been running for more than one week)! They even wanted to leave earlier and not participate in this obscurantism, the situation was saved only by the waiters, who, as always, were responsive, kind and friendly. Mega professionals!!!
I would like to contact the management! I hope that this review will not be deleted and will not be ignored. And there will be no such overlaps in the future.
