The declared edges are not edges, but the rib part. The cook managed to dry them to a foam state. Those juicy collagen fibers, which, with prolonged languor, give the taste and juiciness of the rib part, are absent. The dishes are filled with sauce on top, which is really delicious. Service - you could safely put 10 points for the service, but the waiters still need to know that in the declared babaganush with hummus there is no babagynush, it is in the stop in the kitchen. Because there are no eggplants in the kitchen (for a minute it's July 20th, there are no problems with blue ones, they are sold in a shop around the corner). The chef decided not to freeze and give out just dry hummus, which is not worked out - dry safe chickpeas, in my opinion, even without taahini, without olive oil, without lemon juice.. but with cauliflower around the edges of the plate. In short, the quality of the cuisine - do not expect a phenomenon, prepare for the fact that you rolled back to a roadside cafe about 25 years ago.

I ordered a Machete steak at this restaurant. It was a gastronomic orgasm!) I won't say it's cheap, but it was worth it. The beer is very tasty. So if you want to go out and eat delicious steaks, then I recommend this restaurant!

We are visiting Vitebsk for the first time)
After an active trip around the city, I wanted to have a good meal. It took a long time to choose where to go. We made a choice in favor of this institution.
Good service, delicious food and drinks. Friendly staff and fast delivery (we got there on a weekday). I recommend it!

Very tasty, just everything that was taken, everything was very decent, unusual and very tasty.
Homemade tortilla, pinsa, lots of filling, delicious dough, very good. Carbonara is classic, hot, excellent, chicken salad is beyond praise: salad leaves, dressing, cauliflower - everything is fine.

We had dinner at the institution, we chose according to reviews. Well met, polite, pleasant interior. But the prices are just incredibly expensive. I won't say for the quality of the grilled ribs, I haven't tried it, but the soup is in fact ordinary soup from the dining room, I was upset that in fact the picture on the menu and reality are very different (there were no mushrooms, there was no normal piece of meat, the usual rib trim with fat and this is for 18 rubles). It seems delicious, but there is no correspondence with the declared photo. And instead of chips - ordinary bread. I think the price of food and alcohol is too high. In Minsk, in establishments of this price category, the quality of food is much better and the serving is more interesting. I'll come back again, on the ribs.

A great place with great service. I liked the waiter's excellent manners and amazing knowledge of the menu right away. We ordered different types of meat with different cooking and I can say that at the moment, for my taste, this is the best restaurant in the city where meat is cooked. The prices are not the lowest, but the attitude and dishes are brought to the level when it is not a pity for a ruble. I definitely recommend you to visit.

Amazing service and quality of food.
I took pumpkin soup - a dense consistency with a balanced taste. The steak just melted in my mouth, it was the most delicious I had ever eaten.
I liked the lemonade with sea buckthorn in the heat.
In short, everything I've tried has gone well. The prices are above average, but everything is worth the money. I definitely recommend it.

A burger with a cheek, no more than two (there is no salt in the meat, when you eat with sauce, the sauce interrupts the meat), beef tartare, weak, few spices, the heat from the bone warms the beef.
Ribs, also, due to the fact that there is no salt, the taste is weak.
By the way, salting yourself is not an option, there was no salt on the table, but in general, how to salt a burger, for example.
Aperol, well, let's just say it's not an aperol, it tastes very weak.

Шикарный, хоть и не дешёвый ресторан. Пробовали телячьи щёчки и утиную грудку - восторг! Также разливное пиво очень хорошее. Есть выбор российского крафта в банках/бутылках, но, как по мне, излишне дорого. В РФ такое раза в 1,5 как минимум дешевле в заведениях. Но в Витебске мал выбор высококачественных заведений. А это, однозначно, стоит внимания!

Великолепная еда, просто великолепная, как в дорогущих ресторанах Парижа! Персонал приятный и вежливый, заказы даже не записывают официанты, а все запоминают. Красивая подача, уютная атмосфера и интересный интерьер. Для такой еды и цены весьма приятные. Можно смело приходить как одному, так и приводить девушку/друзей/маму, не ошибётесь!

Вчера посетили данное заведение в Трио . Порекомендовали знакомые попробовать в этом заведении Том ям. Я любитель Том яма и пробовал его во многих заведениях Витебска ( сами обычно едим его в Москве). Так вот , чтобы вы понимали насколько он был ужасный - это мой первый отзыв в интернете за всю мою сознательную жизнь . Ни остроты , ну вкуса , порция маленькая , соленый до жути -за данную сумму просто жесть( так как в Москве за 500-600 р он будет шикарный ).Прежде чем начинать его готовить - нужно хотя бы знать какой он должен быть на вкус, а не пихать в меню что на ум прийдет .

Одно из немногих приличных заведений в городе, вкусные мясные и рыбные блюда , можно смело заказывать!Приятная стилистика заведения а их фишка это необычные подачи блюд.
Понравились бургер с говядиной , тар-тар с говядиной и стейк миньон.
Из минусов : при большой загрузке долгая подача , ну и цены )

The other day we visited this institution with our granddaughter and were delighted. We took a salad and a burger, the cuisine is beyond praise. We have never eaten such delicious burgers in Vitebsk, and probably nowhere else: the bun is soft, the cutlet is tender and melts in the mouth. The service also did not disappoint: the waiters are smiling and friendly. In general, we will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends!

Пришли семьёй поужинать и влюбились в это заведение!!! Не смогли удержаться и от завтрака!)) Атмосфера уютная! Кухня - просто пальчики оближешь! Обслуживание на высшем уровне! Отдельное спасибо официанткам Ладе и Анастасии!!!!! Жаль, что у нас в Минске нет такого заведения... Будем в Витебске ещё - мимо точно не пройдём!!!

It's not a restaurant, it's a bomb!!!!!! The portions are just huge, everything is very tasty. I was with my wife and son on March 7. We ordered salad and hot, if I had known about the portion sizes, I would not have taken it. All three of them ate too much. Very friendly and courteous staff

Очень-очень приятное место. Зашли случайно и остались надолго. Очень порадовал персонал. Интренет отличный, сын смог позаниматься. Все блюда были очень вкусными и интересными. Заходили несколько раз и всегда все на высоте. Мясо, закуски, десерты - все в прекрасной подаче и незабываемо вкусно.

Провели два чудесных дня в г. Витебск. Хочется отметить кафе Ребро. Оригинальная подача блюд, ооооочень все вкусно, сытно, красиво. Не дешево, но блюда того стоят. Порции большие, замечательная подача. Спасибо большое повару и официантам! Обязательно приедем еще😊

Была в этом заведении неоднократно, все всегда было очень вкусно и восхитительно. В этот раз решили попробовать стейк Рибай. Я не ела ничего вкуснее в своей жизни и я совсем не преувеличиваю. Конечно это не дешевое удовольствие, но это того стоило. Стейк был на 400 гр и нам на двоих было предостаточно. Брали еще салаты и они так же были незабываемы( сочетание казалось бы несовместимых продуктов, а так вкусно и неожиданно). Но стейк все равно на первом месте. Обязательно еще туда приду и попробую другой стейк и уверена, что он так же будет выше всех похвал. Спасибо всей команде гриль-бара Ребро.

Еда супер, очень все вкусно! Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный. Мясо выше всех похвал! Атмосфера очень уютная. Времени ожидания не было, сделали предзаказ, когда пришли было уже все готово! Пиво холодное и вкусное!

Well, it's sooooo delicious!!! Ribs, shish kebab, gnocchi, fries - I liked everything. The prices are quite high, but the portions are large and it's worth it. We were in February 2023, sitting on the veranda, warm from the stoves, nice. Alcohol is expensive. The service is unobtrusive. Overall, I liked it.

I came in for dinner at about 21 o'clock on a weekday. There were practically no visitors at that time.
I ordered herbal tea, meringue roll, apple-glazed ribs with rice.
They brought everything quickly enough, within about 10-15 minutes. With a portion of ribs on a plate of rice and kimchi. The ribs are fine: quite fleshy, the meat separates itself from the bones, even a knife is optional. There is very little fat. I liked the rice and kimchi too. The pitch is pleasant. The tea is in a filter bag, but the kettle is brewed perfectly. The dessert is delicate, moderately sweet. Fly in the ointment: there are bones in the cherry, you should be careful.
The waiter was polite and friendly.
The total check came out at 51 BYN. It's not a cheap place, but it's worth it. It's great that you can sit on the heated veranda. I recommend.

The kitchen is super, the atmosphere is great, the order was given quickly. The waiters' service is tactful and unobtrusive.
