We chose this restaurant to visit upon arrival in Vitebsk for a high rating in Yandex and because of the closest location to our housing. To be honest, we were a little disappointed... For such a very high price tag by Belarusian standards (and not only Belarusian), the restaurant itself: the interior is modest, the menu is very shabby), the toilet is simple (for me personally, this indicator is in second place after the kitchen).
The burgers were delicious, only Grimbergen was presented from draft beer. In St. Petersburg, in restaurants of a similar level, the price tag is lower and this, for a moment, in the CENTER!
In general, they ate delicious, the rest fell short.

Очень неплохое место! Два небольших зала, бар и открытая кухня. Есть летняя веранда. Готовят ну очень вкусно! Пробовали печёночный паштет, томатный суп, стейк Топ Блейд и телячьи щёчки с трюфелным пюре и грибами. Всё зашло на ура! Печёночный паштет нежнейший. По поводу стейка уточняйте - цена за 100 г, куски разного размера. Если очень голодны - кусочек можно заказать и побольше :) Некоторое разочарование доставило отсутствие тёмного пива - Аливария подкачала. Попробовал Король Ян нефильтрованное - вроде ничего так.
Рекомендую!

It was just incredibly delicious! I want to come here again and again and try all the dishes. Alas, we were passing through, but as soon as they return to Vitebsk again, we will 100% come again! Potato dumplings with mushrooms are divine. My husband was delighted with the ribs! The atmosphere and service are all very nice and cozy!

РЕБРО достойное место для состоятельных белорусов и гостей республики.
Толково с выдумкой и вкусом, с применением удачных сочетаний соусов и приправ. С умом и искрой работает кухня. Спасибо. Но очень и очень медленно. И ещё раз скажу по местным доходам и расходам дорого. Рекомендую.

Чаще бываем в бистро Ребро в Трио, однако сегодня зашли в главное заведение. Еда, как всегда, на высоте, все свежее и вкусное. В одном бургере ожидал подвох - администратор с официантами оперативно решили вопрос, в обиде не оставили) Радует, что на рынке перекусов существует заведение с подобным уровнем обслуживания, для которых имидж - не пустое слово. Огромная благодарность за сервис, так держать!

Кажется я поел самое вкусное мясо в своей жизни, стейк такой же огонь, каким его жарили. Сервис просто бомба, всем бы прийти и поучиться, как это нужно делать у Валерии, не был бы обручен, женился бы 6а ней без доли сомнений. Ну а если без шуток, то девушка настоящая профессионал своего дела, рассказала, показала, посоветовала. Даже если бы было не вкусно тут, впечатление это бы не испортило.
Браво ребята! Валерия, мой поклон, приятной работы и гостей)

We ordered 3 steaks, 2 of them were not brought to the desired roasting. Also, provided that the prices there are quite high for Vitebsk. I was there once and I'll come back again. If you plan to visit, then only on the terrace, because the atmosphere in the hall did not really go to me, but this is for an amateur. As for the cuisine, this is the best restaurant in Vitebsk. Meat is just what you need. I ordered a big set, it's just incomparable. A friend ordered a salad, it was also very tasty. Отличный ресторан даже по меркам Москвы! В субботу вечером столики были все заняты, предложили веранду. На веранде в целом комфортно, но для кого-то может быть прохладно. Мы заранее спросили сколько будет готовится еда, так как вечером был поезд, официант пообещал что все принесут вовремя и сдержал обещание. Все очень вкусно, я заказывала стейк салат и одним салатом вполне наедаешься. На горячее заказала говяжьи щечки с пюре и грибами в соусе. Стоит отметить красивую подачу блюд и наполнение. Порции большие и сытные, а главное все было очень вкусно! Из напитков брала только латте, мне понравился. Цена оправдывается. Для Витебска конечно цены ресторана очень высокие, но вечером в субботу народу было много внутри и снаружи на веранде, а значит ресторан пользуется спросом, что является показателем качества! Буду советовать его для посещения в Витебске и если приеду к вам в гости в Белоруссию, то обязательно еще раз приду!

Passing by, we made a pre-order of burgers, everything would be fine, but there was nowhere to see what they were and how they looked except for Instagram. It's strange that there is no application, I had to search for the right publication on Instagram for a long time and call back to the cafe again. But plus it's super burgers!!! And gloves are included, it's so nice that the institution takes such care. And the potatoes flew to the children, and burgers to master you need to have a wolfish appetite!

Еда просто топ , заказывали ассорти ребро с женой , все очень вкусно , прям тает и красиво оформлено , я лучше в Витебске не кушал нигде ( ля культура ниже уровнем (там просто красиво ) … цены не для любителей шаурмы конечно , но для такого адекватные !
