In another service, the fasteners were repaired after these frames for the same price, as these frames did not give a guarantee. "we repaired your laptop, loosened the fasteners so that this defect would not be repeated, replaced the thermal paste and cleaned it," the repair of these frames was enough for 3 months. I found out about the "work note" more than a year ago, when I was looking for a clinic for a second non-pregnant disabled person. at that time, I decided to save up some money for the treatment of non-cancerous MSI, so I did not turn to the guys for help. but the second laptop also began to fail. I decided - I was not. I've arrived. the location is convenient, along the metro line. there was no master, but a wonderful receptionist advised us, and we gave the laptop for safekeeping. then they called us back (I almost forgot, since the master was not there, they solemnly promised us that they would call us back and consult on the battery), and said that if we did not want to keep the laptop until we bought a new battery (it takes several weeks, and flashing the battery would not give anything, since I have a Chinese-built laptop), we can make an advance payment. That's what we did. four weeks later, we were notified of something (I am writing to us because I had to persuade my grandmother to trust these guys. when we arrived, a friend of one of the employees told us a little more about this office, and grandma still trusted the "work note" ^^) and later replaced the battery. the battery came from China, but it is doubly pleasant for us to talk about the honesty of the staff (for me and my grandmother), because the master immediately notified about it and gave a three-month warranty on the battery. while I was writing a review, the battery is almost dead (its baptism of fire), but I hope that everything will be fine and in the future it will not let you down for a very long time. We were talking about replacing the connector completely, even looking for an alleged donor)) After the connector was "replaced", I was told that my SSD was still burned out, and the connector was working properly. As a result, there was no replacement of the connector! They just inserted some kind of plastic to squeeze the contacts in the connector. Well, if it all worked - nothing like that! So, regarding the SSD, it did not burn down, but the problem remained in that very latch! I just tightened the contact with my finger and everything worked. And I already bought a new ssd at that moment, thinking that my old SSD burned out, connected it and the problem remained - nonsense! The repair cost 40p for some plastic cut off with scissors and false information about the SSD!

They took up the repair , after a couple of days they report that they changed a couple of slots and there is no sound at all , we will pick up until we get to the right one ( I brought the equipment for repair and not for the training of masters , as the master does not know which slot is needed or cannot ring the fee to understand that the problem is not in the slot ) but it will take time , we will not say how long it will take . I expressed my disagreement with the endless delay , to which I was told to try 1 more time , if not , take the laptop. I asked - so you're going to solder the old nest back to me? They told me no! you will take it without a nest . I ask - how is that? I gave you the equipment and the sound was there (at least one channel was there), and now you're giving it back to me and there's no sound? They told me yes! to my words that this is not legal and that I will go to court , they said in a boorish form and laughingly write at least to Lukashenko . They promised to contact us at the end of the day and report the results . So no one contacted me . The next day, the service's mobile phone was unavailable. I had to go to the service to figure it out . The service gave me a laptop , without a connector at all , without a battery and with the back cover unclosed . to my indignation , they said that the device is simply not ready for delivery yet , come when you receive an SMS ( despite the fact that it was given to me a minute ago ) . I said : you promised to write to me yesterday and did not write how I could trust you . Answer : If you don 't want to, don 't trust me... ! I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions, they refused to give it to me without a receipt for admission , until I started filming everything on camera to call the police . In the process of filing a complaint , they were rude without interruption , insulted . As a result, the guy at the reception with whom the whole dialogue was said that he was the director and the law was not written to him , everything would be as he wants .
