As a result, I received a laptop with a disabled touchpad (the cable was not inserted, I'm sure it was on purpose) and in a fully untwisted state * tell me where to buy laptop screws??* I called, got an answer "well, I told you how I would check it without a hard drive, I guess I didn't insert something somewhere, bring it tomorrow, though I do not know if I will work." A great answer! I climbed up to fix the touchpad myself, when I took off the keyboard, I saw what I gave 40p for., the laptop was flooded and remained, it was not even wiped, but the touchpad loop was not even inserted (look at the photo!!!!) Here is such a service)) I connected the touchpad, but unfortunately I discovered the absence of screws after the cover began to move away from the case. Now the laptop does not close completely, due to the lack of screws, the case does not hold the loop, which is trying to break out (photo attached).. As a result, work note killed my laptop, sorry for the tautology (In general, I do not recommend contacting this office to anyone, spare your time, money, nerves and most importantly - your equipment!!!

When I took it away, I could hear a screw dangling inside, and the laptop began to warm up. They took it back to solve the problem with overheating. At first, they answered the phone: "Call me in 2-3 days." Then they stopped answering the phone. In person, they said: "There's a problem there. The master is sorting it out. Don't worry. In 3 days, a courier will bring your laptop home for free." Another 3 days have passed.... I hope that the feedback will speed up the process and the guys will finally do what they broke.

Communication is as polite as possible. The first thing I was surprised that I found something suitable (I was looking mainly for reviews) working on Sundays. I already had the laptop on Monday afternoon. They showed pictures of the disassembled one, explained what the problem was (after flooding, noise appeared) and cleaned it.
