Indeed, the place is on the edge. I had to ask for the menu myself. We waited for drinks for half an hour, and food for about an hour. And this is at 50% landing. The waiters just wander aimlessly around the place. The quality of the food is normal, for three - Caesar is seasoned with mayonnaise:)

With me, 2 tables left without waiting for the waiters, we also waited for the waiter for 15 minutes and left after she selectively went to those who came later, i.e. the waiters do not have a systematic approach to serving guests and respect for the time of the guests

It's a disgusting place. The staff is working very poorly, the waiting time for even water is more than 30 minutes. They can't put you at a table (although there are plenty of empty seats in the hall). The only plus is a good kitchen. I don't recommend it.

For 10 minutes, stand nose to nose at the bar and pay zero attention to you, and listen to the staff swear among themselves because of the lost revenue, go to the table, wait 5 minutes for them to go to you and already find what you need and immediately ask for the bill, and then +15 minutes of stupid and finally, when you have to leave, they catch you with the bill, but there is still no coffee!!!!!! Then they cook it for another 5 minutes already in front of you! And - no, not a crowded courtyard, no- not the viva Braslav period! Good luck to you! On the verge of bankruptcy

An institution with a claim to the capital's fleur, to put it mildly, does not pull at all. There were extremely negative impressions of the service. The waiter ignored the need to take the order for a long time, despite repeated requests to come over, then the waiter ignored the request to remove the previous guests' appliances from the table for a long time, then the waiter forgot about the dish in the order, which is why the friend waited 1.5 hours, but remained hungry. It's funny that the question: "Did you forget about the order?", a clear, almost soldier-like answer was given: "No way, it's just that the dranik is being prepared for a very long time. Now I will quickly clarify when they will be ready and I will return." Well, yes, dranik is a really difficult dish to prepare, which not all Michelin chefs risk cooking. Naturally, the young man forgot to clarify the fate of the dranik (as if, what else to expect, given the described dynamics). The apology was the words "we really forgot about the dranik, but don't worry, it's not included in the bill." Thanks a lot, damn it, but I thought I'd have to pay for it anyway :)
