We were at this institution on July 11. We waited 20 minutes to place an order. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, we did not wait for two hot dishes. We waited 30 minutes for a cold brew and meat slicing (2 types of sausage and balyk), as well as a bottle of wine.
They serve when you grab the waiter by the hand. The influx of people is large, the kitchen is not coping. Or the menu needs to be changed or warned that the order must wait 2 hours. There was no time to wait and we left this place. There is no parking either. Those who do not mind their time can visit this institution.

before the visit, we read reviews with my wife. there were very ambivalent feelings, but we decided to go. it was Thursday and there were no festivals, so there weren't many people and there were no problems with places, no reservations in advance. as a result, the service is at the level, the tower is being prepared! (we ordered an American burger and a Braslav dranik, and a set for beer)

Arriving in Braslav, we decided to visit
They called to book a table - the phone was out of reach. We arrived and spent money on a taxi, as we lived far from the center. Everything is booked, they told me to call in advance. In response to the call, the girl said that the authorities told her to "turn off the phone, as there are a lot of customers." What a concern for customers!
I don't recommend it.

Frankly speaking, it is unexpectedly a very worthy place. We went there when our place of rest was denied service, so we did not hope for a decent level of cuisine and service. But everything turned out to be on the same level: the location, the interior, the coffee, and the kitchen. This is a place where you are always welcome (which I did not notice in other establishments in this city). Insanely delicious coffee and an unusual Caesar recipe, which makes its taste even brighter. Beautiful serving of dishes. There is a hookah. We will be in Braslav again - we will definitely return there. I highly recommend it.

We visited this institution today. The cafe looks nice, but the service is just terrible. We waited for our order for more than 1 hour. The dishes were served randomly. Dessert first, then the main course. One of the pizzas ordered is poorly prepared. The whole filling was sliding off the pizza base. If you are tourists and want to have a quick and tasty meal, then the cafe "On the edge" is definitely not for you.

The cuisine is very mediocre, only simple dishes like French fries and chicken chops are well prepared. The chicken in caesar was as dry as croutons, the burger had a cutlet from grandma, which generally does not spoil it, but you expect something else from the burger.
What I definitely do not recommend taking is pizza. They cook absolutely stupidly - the dough is dry, the pieces literally have to be sawed off from each other. The filling is not bad, but then how lucky. There is not much cheese and sauce either.
What is really good is the cocktail list, cocktails are not bad and at an adequate price.
Against the background of local district cafes, he may win, but more due to the atmosphere and the alcohol card. The kitchen is about nothing at all.
The service is not fast at all, so if you hope to drop in for a snack in 30 minutes, then this is not about this place, some positions can be carried for a very long time. The family at the next table was enraged by the long service and pizza cooking for an hour, although the institution's load is not full.

Against this background, the cafe "On the edge" turned out to be an amazing find! The interior and exterior are on the same level. The kitchen is very good and the prices are reasonable!
The only negative is the garbage on the sofas!! You should pay more attention to cleaning throughout the day.
Despite this nuance, I recommend the cafe!
