I placed an order with delivery to Belsky 6 with advance payment on 08/26.24. on September 1st, the bouquet was needed by September 2nd for the child's ruler.. the consultants got it all mixed up - they had a delivery scheduled for September 2 in the evening... It was also necessary to record video and audio of the order to prove that the consultant had made a mistake about the time and day of the order! Terrible inattention to customers! How can you trust and make larger orders after that!!!????

Flowers always wither the next day, it's just a setup, 5 times I collected bouquets from you (because near the house) and all 5 times I was completely disappointed. Either your refrigerators freeze flowers, or you sell shit yourself, it's not clear and very unpleasant, especially with the current prices.

I do not know where Rosa bel got such a high rating, every time I fall for it when there is only this store nearby and I think "well, it will be better." No. The flowers in the box (it would seem to last longer) wilted on the 3rd day. Before that, I bought flowers for a friend at the dr, they put rotten ones in, they gave me the same situation.. I'm unpacking a bouquet, and there are just rotten flowers. It's very unpleasant, I certainly won't come anymore and I don't advise it.

One worked at the cash register, the other decorated bouquets. The other two were laughing loudly from the video clips in tiktok. I waited my turn. I took 15 roses 50cm, without decorations, just in paper. They were stupidly taken out of the bucket without tearing off the leaves, wrapped in paper like a sausage stick). I didn't see it right away, because I paid at the checkout. He asked to remove the leaves, tore the paper, with a dissatisfied look, tore off the leaves almost to the buds, and wrapped them in the same torn paper. There was no time to argue. I picked up the flowers and went. At home, my wife saw that the buds were not in good condition, to put it mildly. I had to go to the holiday with what I have. Apparently they stuck the leftovers in. My flaw. It was necessary to look carefully.

On the other side of Belsky there is a small flower shop with pleasant service, and prices are even better, it's a pity that I didn't go to another store earlier. On Belsky, 6 in white roses - for the first and last time!! Not another foot!!!

Never order delivery here. If you decide to buy roses in this store, it's better to come and see in person! The store decided that it was possible to give the flowers that had been lying down for delivery. I ordered a bouquet of 51 roses for a girl for her birthday. There wasn't much time to look at the bouquet. I paid for it, I took it away… I took a look just before giving it: the bouquet looked inappropriate, to put it mildly ... 7 adequate roses from the whole bouquet, as you can see in the photo they even look a different color. When ordering a bouquet for more than 130 rubles, you expect to see something presentable, and not something that is a shame to give and will be disposed of in the nearest trash!!!
