We bought roses yesterday at 19:30, they said to prune them within an hour, and I did so. bottom line: at 23:00, the roses have already begun to wither, the situation is terrible in the morning (photo). the support said that it was necessary to trim it before putting it in water, but when I bought it, they told me something completely different. they blamed me for everything (she didn't take care of me properly). But I can't wilt the flowers in three hours!! when I brought it to the store in the morning to solve something about it, I was generally told that it was their cut with a pruner, and I did not cut them at all. and when I said that I cut it with scissors, they started saying that you can't cut it with scissors (at the same time they didn't even distinguish the cut of the pruner from the scissors!!) I was forced to buy another bouquet, because after 20 minutes it was already necessary to give (I spent 90 rubles for two bouquets, one of which was just in the trash). as a result, they offered a 10% discount on the next purchase (but after such a situation, who would even order anything else from them?!?)
as a result: the mood was spoiled, time was spent, I spent twice as much money and I remained guilty.

When ordering bouquets of tulips on the phone, they sold the "design". It looked, to put it mildly, ugly - a two-layer wrapper with thin and thick paper. Transparent polyethylene is much better, but it doesn't seem to be there. As a result, the cost of each bouquet was 50% higher. But the biggest disappointment is that the tulips themselves were half-dead, this is already inexcusable.

The store on Dzerzhinsky Ave. a fairly spacious room with a large showcase. Prices for roses can be viewed in the price list, which is attached to the showcase. the price list shows the name of the rose, height and price - you can guess for yourself what the flowers look like. in the window itself, there are only prefabricated bouquets, which look like they are fresh for a week, rather dull. there are 2 managers in the room, and 4-5 employees who collect bouquets. everyone is busy fulfilling orders from the site, no one paid any attention to me at all). after looking at the quality of flowers collected in bouquets, I was glad that I did not order online - some bouquets can just be immediately sent to the trash, they have already defended their own in their warehouse. it feels like they're just buying up nonconditioning in flower shops and selling for half the price. I don't recommend it.

This is just the most disgusting store, the most terrible service and quality of flowers with decoration, I ordered 2 bouquets, sent photos and asked to make exact copies, they told me well, on the day of delivery, they confused the time and said they could not bring them, I ordered a courier for my money, as well as photos of those flowers that I sent them absolutely not the same as they did, they explained it by the fact that there was no paper, is this my problem?! I was told that everything would be done the same as in my photos, the flowers are old, stale, dark, the packaging looks dirty! For this , you need to return the money , as I believe . They ruined the gift and the mood of the word completely, and because they let me down with the delivery, I just missed the minibus! We ordered a bouquet for a colleague's birthday 2 days before. My order was accepted, I paid, the manager called and confirmed the order, clarified the data. And 5 minutes after the call, they write on Viber that this will not happen, and offer a choice of roses or chrysanthemums. That's all. I asked if there were any other flowers, but NO. Okay, let's have chrysanthemums, what colors are there? Only white people, there are NO others. Everything had to be extracted from the manager. We talked on the dump simply and NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE JAMB. Then it's even more fun. I decided to issue a refund, but even then it was a bummer, they said go to the store and take it in cash. It's just wonderful. I paid with a card through the website, they messed up, did not apologize, so I also have to spend time hiking for my own money.
Just disgusting service, disgusting work of managers!
I do not advise anyone to contact here and generally avoid the roses of bel!

I bought three bouquets on 04.12.2022 (two roses and one chrysanthemum). 05.12.2022 white chrysanthemums wilted (they were packed perfectly, they did not freeze in the cold). All recommendations have been made! The photo was taken on 05.12.2022!!!

I have been a client of Rozybel for a couple of years now. Today (03/07/2022) I called, I wanted to order a bouquet for March 8th. While waiting, I went to the website and saw that only tulips could be brought. I asked the girl a question - why only tulips? The answer was a bit stupefying - because that's what we decided! It felt like you were being sent. You could probably answer - girl, I'm not a moron, and so I understand that it was decided that way, I didn't ask about it, but I didn't be rude in response. I thanked him and hung up the phone, because I lost the desire to buy something. The conclusion is that the store is not bad, but with such an attitude towards customers, you don't want to order anything further there.
